Stayed with a group of lads as we were going to the races in Newmarket.||Great location, great value for money, but best of all, great hosts and criac.||We got to know a lot of the regulars, along with the owner, a wonderful Mayo lady.| |We look forward to going back again, many thanks for a great stay from all the lads in Dublin.....|

A group of us stayed here and honestly I don't think you'll find anywhere else for such good value for money. All the bedrooms were clean and tidy. There's a communal living room area and kitchen with plenty of tea/coffee and other basics. Shops are within easy walking distance if you need anything else. I would definitely go back again.

Room was dirty and bed sheets smelt like man’s deodorant, previous persons empty bottle on the floor. Needed sanitary bins in bathrooms! Man who seems to live there trying to assault us. Unsafe fencing on balcony off roof. All keys seem to be the same on all bedroom doors.

When we arrived, there was a little bug on the bed, I politely brought him to the window to set him free, assuming that was the place he came from. I should have torched our luggage back then and there, because the bedbug infestation that followed was not worth the trouble. My girlfriend is completely covered in bites that itch like crazy. Out initial thought was she must have had an allergic reaction, but I later found little bumps on my body too... By that time we had just arrived home and had placed our luggage on the bed to unpack... Unleashing an entire colony of the beasts in our own bed.

Thinking back, the moldy smell, the dirty sheets... We should have known.

Even if there were no bedbugs, We'd rate this place with a 0 out of 10; loads of noise at night from the other rooms, shared bathroom more disgusting than a public toilet on a train in rushhour... No. Save yourself from this and spend the extra money on a place that does not require you to contact a pest control agency upon arriving home.

This was a great place to stay for a group. We stayed here for the Strawberry fest which we attended for my friends hen do. 5 of us stayed. It was clean and they were really friendly. It has all lockable bedrooms, some with en-suite some sharing a bathroom. You share a large clean kitchen and lounge area. When we stayed, there was another group which were quite rowdy, didn't bother us, you just go into your room as if you would in a hotel. Great place, would definitely stay again. Free parking.

Room was clean and tidy as was the rest of the shared apartment with no curfew, great place for a group on a night out wanting somewhere to stay with the freedom to come and go as you please. Just thought the prices could of been a bit cheaper as it is shared accommodation with no "safe" parking had to park outside the front of the pub on and although it included breakfast it was just a case of help yourself to tea coffee toast or cereal. Overall a pleasant experience.
