Decent place, comfy beds but a little funky.

Smells a bit strange in the hallways (maybe due to the shared kitchen?), there were dirty towels and cleaning supplies left in our room and there isn't actually breakfast provided (which is fine, just don't advertise that there is), it's just a shared kitchen.

The train noise isn't too bad, but you can hear them.

Overall it's a decent budget stay, convenient check out and check in. Bed was super nice, location is good. (but it's actually at 10:00, not ,11:00). Good not great budget option

I stayed in Delux room which had a double bed, shower room, kitchenette with fridge, 2 ring cooker hob and microwave so I could prepare or heat up meals. I also like the hotel has free off street parking for several cars. The only thing I did’nt like was the early checkout. Good amenities and location near to shopping centre.

Nice place, clean spacious rooms, friendly welcome. Rooms would benefit from a small fridge and a few more tea and coffee sachets, some glasses would be good as well. Not everything available for breakfast to use as advertised but enough. Shames there was no toaster available though!
Would be happy to stay again and would fully recommend.

During the check-in day, the keeper told us our room was not ready although it was 18:00 already. When we learnt that he was the only guy to complete all house keeping for more than 10 rooms. We understood and waited for him about 5 mins to complete remaining jobs. The room was large and the cleanliness was in acceptable level. My son felt itchy after sleeping and he fortunately recovered soon. We appreciated that the hotel offers breads, eggs, bacon, apple juice, etc. for customers to prepare their own breakfast. From my point of view, I would still recommend this accommodation as its charge is not high while offers foods, free parking, and big rooms. On my leaving day, I observed that there was another assistant to complete house keeping jobs. Hopefully, the management will understand the harsh working environment and employ more staff to keep the service standard.

We had not tried an aparthotel until now. Despite the signs around the building to keep the noise down, some of the residents did not. In addition, some of the fans in other rooms disturbed our sleep. I slept well but my wife did not. |Parking was a problem as it is only limited on the forecourt. The road has parking restrictions immediately outside which meant that we had to be out by 8am. You could park beyond the restrictions but I did not want to leave the car too far away.|The bedroom and en suite were in good condition and the shower was spacious and everything was clean.|Breakfast was a bit limited but bacon, eggs, bread and cornflakes/milk provided.

Little walk from station and nearby bus stops but very specious ,clean, room and wet shower room with nice big shower head. All essentials was in right from iron ,iron board, hair dryer, kitchen facilities ect. Overall I had a very peaceful stay. Staff was very attentive.

Bed was very comfortable. Room spacious with great tv , bathroom good with powerful shower. Clean and tidy place.|I was there three nights and maybe I misunderstood serviced apartments but bin was not emptied at all during my stay, kitchen shut when I came back so no coffee or tea. On arrival I was polite and friendly, not so the manager!!!

Perfect location for us and great to have free parking.
Both our rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable.
The communal area was welcoming and well furnished and liked the freedom to use the kitchen as and when, which was well stocked.
Just had a couple of issues with one of our rooms, as the bathroom radiator which I think just needed bleeding, made a very loud gurgling noise from 6am which woke us up. I reported this after our first night but it happened the next morning too. We also had a constant vibrating and humming noise each night which I was told was the water tank beneath us, which made it hard to get to sleep. These are minor issues and would not stop us staying again, as extremely good value for money, but in a different room!
