I just reached home after having a waxing session for my arms, legs and under arms with Isabel was no less than perfect! Despite my lack of experience in having waxed, Isabel made me feel extremely comfortable and made always checked to see if there were any stray hairs. She made me feel extremely comfortable and it’s safe to say i will definitely be coming back for other treatments with her! I highly recommend!

I recently had a teeth whitening procedure at this establishment, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I believe it's essential to share my story to prevent others from going through a similar ordeal.

From the beginning, there were inconsistencies in the information provided. Nelly, the owner, assured me that Lyndsey, a dental nurse, would handle the procedure. However, when I checked the website, Nelly herself was listed under teeth whitening. This raised concerns about transparency.

During the treatment, Lyndsey's approach left much to be desired. The procedure caused significant post-treatment dental health issues, including gum discoloration and burns. Despite expressing my discomfort, the problems persisted. I was shocked to discover that dental nurses cannot legally whiten teeth, which was information I had to seek independently.

The facility conditions were suboptimal, and the handling of a mishap during the procedure demonstrated a lack of professionalism. Lyndsey's delayed problem-solving and the subsequent advice provided by Nelly only added to my distress.

In the aftermath, my recovery has been challenging, with extended discomfort, heightened sensitivity, and difficulties in everyday activities. The promised rapid gum healing did not occur, leaving me with ongoing pain and oral health issues.

I've taken steps to address my concerns with the dental complaints service and my dentist. My recommendation for anyone considering teeth whitening is to thoroughly research the qualifications of the practitioner and ensure that all necessary information is provided upfront.

My hope is that by sharing my experience, others can make informed decisions about their dental care. Unfortunately, my journey with this business has left me with lasting damages, and I encourage potential customers to think twice before choosing this service.

Nelly was very lovely and welcoming, not making me feel like just a client, there was the perfect balance of professional but friendly. It took 30 mins from the time I entered, to the time I left, which was surprising seen as Nelly took her time, not rushing. She even prepped me on the after care of my waxing which no one else has before. I’m due back for teeth whitening and feel confident all based on my first experience at Nelly Keung health & beauty centre.

Amazing service from Nelly. She instantly makes you feel welcome, comfortable and looked after. Very chatty which is great when you're having a wax, and she is incredibly thorough to make sure you're as smooth as you can be.
