The rooms are very nice, clean and look good. The staff is always happy to help.
Though the fact that to get into the hotel after 11 pm you need to call someone, is not very helpful.
Location is great as its in the middle of coventry city center

The hotel was great has lots of history of the Coventry Telegraph around the hotel and even in the rooms.
The room was very large and had everything you could need they are clean and decorated well.
The cocktails were delicious and all staff were very friendly.
The breakfast was brilliant you had everything to choose from and was cooked perfect.

I was really surprised by this hotel as I'm used to ones in London and being in the city center, I wasn't expecting that much or what the photos showed compared to reality, but I was happily surprised.|| It was easy to leave my luggage there and they give you a tag. I also did this at the end of the trip too as I was spending some more hours there before moving on.|| The lobby is really nice, a separate area for the reception that is 24hrs and another for the lounge, bar and then behind that the resaurant. The lounge was actually pretty cool, but I never did make it to hang out there at the end of the night for a drink. On the weekend nights a doorman is there to make sure whoever is coming in is staying at the hotel, so good to know they have that security on the weekends.|| The elevator or stairs can take you to the floor you need. You will need your key to open the door to the rooms. Also here is a water dispenser so you can refill your water bottles that are in your rooms fridge.|| The room was a lot bigger and longer than I was expecting. So much so that I'd almost find it hard to lay in the bed and try and watch something on the TV it's that long. Very long and large windows, so you will get some exercise opening and closing the drapes.|| I found a lot of lighting options in the room, sockets one each bedside with a table and more lights. Large comfortable bed with lots of comfortable pillows.|| The room was also very much decorated so that there wasn't any bare spots, and had paintings, mirrors, etc. Heating is controlled by a wall thermostat and there are instructions on the table on how to use it.|| WiFi was strong and there was some interesting reading material about Coventry there to browse and read as well.|| Safe and the coffe/espresso machine had lots of options and lots of glass types to use and not limited to a single style cup.|| Bathroom was big, lots of space and had a makeup mirror as well as a regular one. Big shower with the water coming from above, so no need ot adust a hose, but there was also a hose for your use as well in there. The towel rack was actually on and hot. I find a lot of places have this, but they never really work. This was always on and hot.|| Location is great, a bit of a walk though from the train station, but close to a lot of the local bus routes and ones going to Kenilworth, Birmingham, Warwick, Rugby, etc.|| I can't think of a better place to stay downtown in Coventry. I would have stayed longer if I hadn't already previous chose to stay outisde of town. I'd for sure come back here again and even base my entire trip at this hotel if I was to come back...

The hotel setting and decor are excellent, utilising the properties former purpose and retaining its history throughout. I stayed in a duplex room which opened out on to the indoor courtyard, this was not lit at night. The room itself was well designed, the bed comfortable and the furniture generally very good.|On arrival there was a Christmas party ongoing and the rooms are not soundproofed, very little inconvenience to me though and it is the time of the year.|Bar - the bar area is in the front of the hotel. The drinks menu is extensive and the service was very good.|Restaurant - the menu provides a range of options including vegan options and the food was excellent. Special mentions to Piotr and Johnny who couldn’t do more for us, including offering to keep food warm when our youngest member of the group felt unwell. |Breakfast - a great selection of breakfast options, again the early morning staff were friendly and helpful.|We look forwards to returning again.

Having remember this as the Telegraph Newspaper I couldn't help but book it. I'm usually dubious about converted offices ) industrial but I was wrong.

The rooms are great. Well thought out and incredibly comfortable.

Unfortunately it rained the entire visit so I spent more time in the room than I would normally. The sofa was really comfortable and the TV just worked which makes a pleasant change from some hotels. The bed was really comfortable and I slept well.

The room was immaculate, the cleaners do a top job of keeping the place clean.

I was really surprised by the shower. I'm not usually a fan of rainfall showers. But the pressure was good and the extra attachment was a great touch.

Location wise it's great for the city centre. The area felt safe at night and if you were there for a show at the theatre it's just a short walk away.

The staff were super friendly. Even the chef who had a quick chat with me at breakfast.

I would happily stay here again.

Stayed for one night and it was fab! The hotel is beautifully designed with a very plus feeling, but at an affordable price. Everything was very clean and the rooms were very spacious. The shower was really good too.||Breakfast had a good range. We also had lovely cocktails in the evening. ||Staff were polite and attentive.||Would definitely recommend this to anyone.

The Telegraph Hotel is quite nice, clean, and cosy. The room was spacious with good quality beddings, lights, and wide windows. The bathroom was really nice with high-quality fittings and nice colours.
We had opted for breakfast included (available till 10:30am) and had a pleasant stay.
It is quite near to the prime shopping area and just £5.5 cab ride away from the train station.

The hotel boasts a stunning pool and rooftop terrace. The staff were exemplary, with Laura providing particularly outstanding service. I highly recommend this establishment for couples seeking a tranquil and welcoming haven in Havana.
