Welcoming warm and clean.
Ample variety of buffet breakfast items.
One minor point is that whilst our hospitality tray was replenished daily, the room was not otherwise serviced. We hung the card requesting our room be serviced on the doorknob, but it didn't happen. This is a very minor point but small things like that are important for the overall image of the establishment.
Would certainly recommend.

What a lovely B&B; very nice room, spotlessly clean everywhere, and clearly decorated with lots of love.
Located close to the river Cam, on a nice walk's (across Jesus Green) distance to the city centre. The hosts are lovely people and they provide a wonderful breakfast and excellent service with lots of attention to detail. Highly recommended!

We stayed here over the bank holiday weekend in August. From the first phone call to arrange our booking and throughout our stay the level of customer service was excellent. The B&B is run by a lovely couple who have created a beautiful home away from home. We were a family travelling with our elderly parents. All the rooms have attached ensuite bathrooms and there was also a room on the ground floor which was great for our parents who find the stairs difficult. The place is imaculately clean and even my mum who has high cleaning standards had to comment. They catered to all our needs and went out of their way to go above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The location is excellent. Just a few minutes drive to all the local attractions and parking was also available. Breakfast was excellent with such a variety on the menu and additional items. Would highly recommend this place if you are thinking of a visit to Cambridge.

This place is lovely. It the best of what B & B have always been. Selma couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. The room was warm and comfortable (it was a cold weekend!) and from the checking in to the check out we were given five star service. The breakfast was fabulous, well cooked and well presented with lots of options. We have booked to come back already!

Spotless, warm, comfy, quiet, parking, fantastic breakfast, large shower cubicle, great hosts, everything about our stay here was 10/10. Just perfect. We hoped it was going to be okay but far surpassed our expectations, and trust me, we have high standards. Will 100% come again, thank you to the owners for really caring about their place, their guests and really understanding what real people really want.

I stayed with my family for a night in the B&B. The hosts are great, the communication before hand was prefect and they are friendly and efficient. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfy. The breakfast covered all needs and was excellent and there was plenty of choice. The property is clean and tidy however it is rather tired and needs a bit of love

We had a great 3-night stay here. The B&B is really well-located, just a 10-15 minute walk along the river to get into the heart of Cambridge and with lots of good pubs nearby. Our room was cosy, clean and well set up. ||||The hosts were really communicative with us throughout as well - and also very kindly sent us back an item in the post that we had left after checking out! ||||A great place if you want a slightly quieter spot outside the immediate centre.

I only stayed for 2 nights, but it was so nice & cozy! Selma was a wonderful host and was able to accommodate me very last minute. While making the reservations of the phone, she let me know they were renovating an upstairs bathroom and that they were experiencing technical issues for their payment system so we would need to find an alternate means of payment. I loved the heads up and none of this was an issue for me. I wasn’t at the B&B for most of the work hours, but when I was nice & quiet, I couldn’t even tell they were renovating the upstairs. Selma was very sweet and served an amazing breakfast both mornings I was there. I just did they “buffet” option the first morning and it was all delicious. Lots of tea options with very cute tea sets. The second morning I had the full English breakfast (first time!) and that was amazing as well! There was an option of assorted teas in the room too if I wanted any tea outside of breakfast times. The room was about the size I would expect at a B&B in the UK (I’m American) and it had the toilet & sink behind one door in the room and the shower behind another door. There weren’t any plugs in the bathroom and limited plugs in the room by itself, but they had a power strip with extra plugs on the tea dresser. There was also a mirror on the wall up behind the tea dresser, so I could plug in the hair dryer and use the mirror to do my hair! The room I had also had a sliding glass door that led to a little porch. The B&B is a nice little walk along the river and into town. I couldn’t think of a better place to stay! I would definitely stay again and would highly recommend to anyone else staying there!
