Fairly basic rooms but a very friendly and hospitable host.
Good location about a 25 minute walk from historic town centre.

Bit concerned that the communal shower didn't have frosted glass. Decor is somewhat old-fashioned. The host seemed engaging, but the breakfast had both croissants, and pane au chocolate, never ever eaten by me. Instant coffee, rejected in favour of tea. I was disappointed that despite the lady of the house being Italian, the breakfast was far too French. In addition, the host used French when bringing my food. I strangely prefer English language in it s own setting. One of the other guests had some audio playing constantly in the dining ròom during breakfast. I feel, that for people who like to break gently into the day, breakfast in the room, would be less stressful. I suppose, that if you were a noisy Franchophile, all this would be fine. I hate France, having been on an awful school trip in 82. Never will I waste my valuable time anywhere near France, ever again.

The only thing good was my boy won his football game... 113 a night and it was a complete joke... Couldn't use the dirty pool. Key cards for room wouldn't work.. and the best was the garbage breakfast. With a sign that says 1 tiny carton of 2% milk per guest...lol will never come back.. pictures even show a bar... Nope no bar

The owner was very lovely. The room was as advertised, small but nothing large was needed. Sink in the room is a nice bonus due to shared bathroom/shower. Surrounding area had a few nice spots so location was decent. Good quality for what you pay, would recommend for short trips, to students or anyone not to fussy. Would happily stay again.

Some of the photos/reviews dont do the house justice. Yes in some areas its dated, but more importantly its clean and quite. Owner was incredibly friendly and happy to help however he could. Breakfast was continental with pleantly of choice so more than adiquate. Short walk in to town. I'm sure I'll be returning on my next visit! ||||Only complaint was the pillows were a little firm for us: but thats preference!

The owner is the highlight of this B&B and I must also mention that the continental breakfast is really good. |The mattress in the room I had needed replacing, but at least everything was clean and tidy. |The shower wasn't very powerful or hot, but it got the job done in the end. |For the money I feel that the place offers good value as long as you are OK with just the basics.

It has been a lovely staying even if it was only for one night. Clean, quiet and the owner is very kind. I would definitely come back and recommend it. The B&B is relatively close to the centre and if it's nice weather you could actually walk to it. Good and generous breakfast, maybe just the time are a bit too strict but it is quite personal, and it was perfectly fine for me and my partner.
