We found coral house to be very clean and nicely decorated with everything you would need. We were visiting Cambridge for one night so packed a lot into our visit and it was nice that at coral house you can come and go as you please and are not restricted by meal times etc. There is a shared kitchen with a well stocked fridge where you can just help yourself. Overall I found it very good value for money. The only complaint I had was that the curtains were very thin so our 3 year old thought it was morning at 5am! We also got a free parking space across the road. If you want to meet people and chat during your stay this is probably not the place for you as we didn’t meet any of the other guests or management but it suited us perfectly

Coral House is situated very conveniently for easy access to the city centre via bus that runs regularly.||||Self check-in is something new and, combined with self-catering is also refreshing for the sense of freedom and independence instilled. The fridge is stacked breakfast food ingredients, as complimentary.||||The ensuite was a reasonable size, with all amenities, including well located mirrors. The bed was comfortable, and the towels were clean and plenty.||||Probably, because of being self-catered then the rooms were not tended in your absence.||||Overall, a really nice stay, and I would stay there again.

They say there is breakfast included but fridge has 3 slices of bread in it, few slices of cheese and marmalade. You can have cereals but if you can’t have normal milk... there’s nothing else. They say there was tea and coffee in the room but there wasn’t.
Room is noisy as hell when the morning traffic starts which is like 6-7 so if you want to sleep in, better have really good earplugs cause normal ones are not gonna block it.
The DIY shower was dirty and so tiny my partner could barely get in and he is a normal size fit man.
It was also really cold at night.
Walls so thin we had pleasure of listening to children’s programs in the morning as well.
This was not worth £50. £20-30 at best.

very high tech B&B . Easy and convenience! Nice , clean , quiet, closed to the supermarket, and a good size of garden Resting . The room is simple , no desk but you get bigger space in living room which is kitchen as well. And actually ironing is very important for me , thanks. Definitely the place for me if I come back Cambridge anytime.

Pleasant accomodation. I was a bit cold one night but the owner was very kind and gave me extra blanket and increased the thermostat temperature. No desk in the room but there is a common space with tables. Internet was not very fast. The kitchen is equipped woth everything you may need.

Lovely BnB. Rooms very clean. Lots of complimentary foods and drinks in the shared kitchen. Only draw back is the walls are thin so you can hear your fellow guests.

In terms of atmosphere the place had a haunting "big brother is watching you" feel. Whether it was the automated room locks or the hidden camera in the outside light I'm not sure, but I spent most of my stay looking for other hidden cameras and murder holes. There was no staff, only notes left around explaining the ludicrous set up, which is nice yet also something a psychopath might do. While it could be an ideal stay for an actual murderer or assassin due to the lack of witnesses and already blood stained sheets, I am sure they would also be fearing their lives due to the combination of DIY plumbing and three prong plug sockets being within arms reach of the shower. I would definitely recommend this place to someone I had no intention of seeing again.

I booked this B&B for my hubbies bday. I specifically asked for B&B and car parking. I recieved an email a couple of days before our travel stating the parking was on a main road. ( not on premises) when we arrived there was a note on the Shared kitchen stating they no longer do B&B but they provide bread milk n butter in a fridge for you to help yourself This to me is not B&B. After being a little upset as this was supposed be be a treat for hubbies bday went into our room it was Dirty there was old aierial wires tied up on the wall which was covered in dust and the batheroom was Rank what i thought was a build up of limescale around shower turned out to be yellow/brown SLIME .They state they have a childrens play area We was there 2 days and never saw one .Our bedroom was no 4 at the side of kitchen .Well you can imagine the noise when people come in at night let alone the owners chuntering away outside the door. This needs looking at as everything they state on their advert is untrue and False .I would never recomend to any friends .The only thing that made our stay bearable was the fact we was seeing Marti Pellow at the corn exchange .
