They did the catering for the birth of my daughter. The food was delicious. Reasonable price, excellent food and customer service. I have also tried their takeaway service (Friday to Sunday). I was late for the biryani 😞 and had the pilau, which was delicious and decent portion. The sambusa and fish fritters were also very nice.
Could not recommend it enough.

Oldies says whoever praise rain it must showered him. What can I say. I had all sort of biryani dishes but since I tried their biryani, I've never look back. How do they do it? I don't know. Problem is You can't copy and if you try it won't come as tastier as their biryani. Samosa... Wow. I hope supermarkets shu'd try their samosas and I can guarantee they'll stop all other samosas from their suppliers. It's Meatier, tastier crunchier mmmmm 😋 yummy

Amazing authentic East African food. Ordered a few different items including Mandazi, Vitumbua, Katlas, Samosa and lamb pilau with red hot Chutney and kachumbari. Everything was very tasty and reminded us of back home, Tanzania. Big portions and all fairly priced. Definitely the go to place to have some great tasting food. 10/10. Asante sana Khamis.

Wow. I used to be regular at Hamis's Afro-Arabic when he was based in Highfield Street off London Road. He makes the bestest biriyani and pulao and that spicy/tasty chilli pickle of carrots, peppers. I am Indian and have never eaten biryani or pulao better than what Hamis makes. Since his closing down on Highfield Street I had tried looking for him. Today, over hearing a guy from Tanzania talking to the owner of another Restaurant I frequent on Narborough Road, I briefly spoke to the guy in Swahili and he gave me Hamis's new trading name and address. Can't wait to pop over tomorrow.

Excellent African/Middle Eastern dishes here.. try their biryani.. out of this world. Also ask for Ndizi.. wow.. and Samosa..tasty!! I really like their food. I have already visited this place few times. Take aways only, its not seating and dining place. Excellent food. Keep it up.
