An absolute hidden treasure ..I booked a bikini wax and it was a first time visit for me.. Kitty who was the beauty therapist was personable professional and experienced ..she eliminated any anxiety that I had and made the whole experience really lovely and pain free ! Brilliant ! I will come back without a question of a doubt!

I had a fantastic pedicure with Ariana and would recommend her. However, I could have done without the owner's sons pushing open the door to stare in. Running up and down the corridors. Small children have no place in a spa really.

Lovely looking and relaxing environment. The staff I came in to contact with were very friendly, warm and welcoming. The massage and essential facial with Steli was amazing, I definitely got my money's worth and left feeling on top of the world! i will be back 🙂

I visited today for the first time to get my eyebrows laminated by Kitty. Kitty has transformed my eyebrows and I am so pleased with them. She made me feel confident and I trusted Kitty fully. Kitty spent so much time making them look perfect and I'm so happy with the result.

My wife bought me a full body massage here for my birthday, its been a long few years with very little down time and after the first few minutes I felt like I was melting away. Worth every penny and the staff are excellent, I would highly recommend it. Half the time you're not even aware of the pain so much of your body is in until it gets released.

Had my hair done this morning by Sophie.. I have afro-caribbean (relaxed) hair and this was by far the BEST blowdry I ever had out of anywhere I visited in the years I've been in London. 10 stars for sure! Really took her time with it and she was also super-friendly. Price was good as well.

I had a facial by Carmen one week before my wedding. I have combination skin and had a bad breakout. She was amazing. The facial was lovely. She tailored it to my skins needs. Gave me some samples and advice and I got married a couple of days ago with clear skin. She achieved the impossible. Would highly recommend!
