I couldn't imagine going anywhere else now that I've found Tiara Clinics. I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Thiara. I really wanted someone who worked on the basis of 'less is more' and who really understood anatomy and aging. Dr T takes his time with you. He has a very gentle manner but I can't imagine being able to push him to do something that he doesn't feel would be good or right for me.

With a combination of botox, minimal fillers and skin boosters, he's given my skin back some of the aliveness that the passage of time had reduced. Dr T's team are excellent too and I'd like to say a particular thank you to Harpreet also.

Fantastic experience at Tiara Aesthetics!!! Absolutely loved how smoothly everything went and how well explained it all was. The level of professionalism and care was a 10/10. I'll definitely be returning for further treatments. The fact that the clinic is run by medical professionals (anaesthetists/pharmacists/doctors) it puts my mind at ease!! The duo at Tiara Aesthetics have been both warm and professional during all of my visits. They’re clearly both highly experienced as they were able to work collaboratively with me, through consultation, in order to help me to achieve the look I wanted. I was super particular about what that was, and I feel so good about the result! My commute to their Leicester practice is over an hour, but 100% worth it and moving forward, there is no one else that I would now trust for the procedures I had done. I will for sure be returning. For anyone who is slightly apprehensive, I definitely would recommend them - you are in safe hands.

I went back for a top up of my nose filler after 21 months as that is how long it lasted for me before I noticed slights changes and decided to top up

Treatment Type: Non-surgiccal Rhinoplasty

Tiara Aesthetics provides life-changing treatments and high quality service for affordable prices.

I first had treatment in 2021 - after the swelling of the initial injections went down I returned for small revisions which were included in the initial package. I have most recently had a top up in February 2023 and I am so pleased with the results - subtle enough but made a huge difference in balancing out my face. Harpreet and Dr Thiara are so friendly and welcoming and explain every step of the treatment. Thank you for giving me confidence in my appearance!

Unbelievable results without surgery, incredible transformation, with the use of filler injections, so happy, I have been to Tiara on several occasions for different treatments, highly recommend Tiara! a must for anyone who is considering treatment.
Tiara is very professional, very gentle, giving a soft fresh natural look, no bruising!! made to feel extremely comfortable and relaxed, when receiving treatment. I will be visiting again in the near future, I will never! go anywhere else other than Tiara.

i would 100% recommend Tiara Clinic to anyone. i had my appointment last week and i was so so sooooo happy with the results. it was my first time and i was so nervous. It also took me along time to decide whether or not to go ahead as i never imagined ever doing any kind of filler on my face. But today i can say that was the best decision i ever made and especially with Tiara Clinic.

Dr Tiara was amazing and made me feel so relaxed. Harpreet held my hand as i was scared throughout the whole procedure and honestly they made me feel so comfortable. The service was beyond what i expected. i honestly have no words to describe how amazing they both were.

i am so glad i had my treatment done here and i am so happy with the results.
