My friend and I had the friendship day voucher which included 55 minutes of treatments, hot tub, nibbles and a mimosa - I think the cost was £49.50 each.

Cant recommend this enough!! The experience was lovely and Lola who performed my treatments was incredible. Really understanding and accommodating when I said about health issues and the best back massage I’ve probably ever had!

Bought my daughter for a Tween and Me session. From the moment we arrived we felt spoilt and looked after, with my daughter feeling really special for her birthday treat. Facilities are good and staff are friendly and attentive.. we will be back. Thank you!

Megan was just amazing, so cheerful and friendly. Tailored the treatment to my needs, gave me lots of advice on self care and the massage was blissful. She got rid of all the tension in my neck and shoulders.
All the staff are lovely and it’s really is a haven of relaxation

My first visit to the Beauty Temple and I really enjoyed it! Friendly staff, lovely relaxing feel to the treatment rooms. Very good facial and back massage treatment session. The afternoon tea was excellent, great choice and well presented 😊

Came here for family time retreat..got treatments and use of hot tub. Changing areas very small and only 2 showers so does get busy. Lovely treatment rooms and great facial for me while my 4y old daughter had her nails painted. The hot tub was very big and right temp. Shame that other buildings can look into the area. The cafe did good food and hot drinks. Only gripe was they said they would add extra credit to our cafe allowance at the time of booking (we had only one child but our package allowed 2 children) but denied this when we got here. Also you can't use the cafe credit on any drinks (hot or cold). Overall a relaxing time away with my mum and daughter

Very disappointed with the whole experience. Booked massages in for myself and my husband and paid extra to have 90 minute massages turned up 15 minutes before our massages as we were supposed too and we didn’t get taken up till 20 past. The massages finished at half 11 so we only got about an hours worth. I did book a hot stones massage in for my husband on the phone, but this isn’t the massage he got so I’m unsure which treatment he actually got for what I paid. Massages were great just wish they could have been the amount of time I’d paid for at least. We were then told we had royal nibbles downstairs in the cafe, we went down and there were no tables available for us so we were told to wait in the snug area, there were no seats in the snug area so we had to stand up by the changing rooms. Baring in mind I’m almost 5 months pregnant. When we sat down in the cafe around quarter too 12 the lady said the royal nibbles were only for me not my husband even though I booked the royal service for both of us. She gave me the menu and said this was the royal nibbles so when I went up to the counter I thought everything on that menu was included, she never expressed it was only one, I chose a cake from the display because I thought it was part of the whole thing. Had to pay for a drink for my husband on top. We sat waiting for around 40 minutes until we had to be somewhere else and leave and my husband went up to the counter to say we had to go and we’d been waiting for the royal nibbles to come that whole time just for them all to then say it was only one off the menu. We Left and never got a goodbye or anything from anyone. I paid £180 and it was terrible experience for the most part.

Therapist was lovely but this is now the 2nd time I've had gel nails here that have started chipping after only a few days. Barely a week and they are peeling off and look shabby and I now have to remove or touch them up with standard polish until after New year. My previous gels done at a different salon last well over 2 weeks before needing removing.

Visited here after my girlfriend had purchased a voucher online. It was five treatments each for £69. We didn't know what to expect because the price seemed too good to be true. However, the treatments were great. The girls who did our treatments were friendly and made us feel really at ease (I'm sorry, I can't remember their names). We honestly didn't want the massage to end. The complementary tea and cake for afterwards was nice, too. We will be back!
