Stayed overnight for a local wedding. Such a gorgeous house in a beautiful location! Bed was very comfortable and the suite was enormous. Steve & Claudio were very welcoming and cooked a lovely breakfast 🙂 we really enjoyed our brief stay!

Very warm welcome host. Room was beautiful, clean & very well equipped. Bed was lovely & comfortable & slept very well. Breakfast was excellent. Perfect location to The Griffin Inn & was an easy 3 minute walk. Would highly recommend & stay again.

An excellent property by any standards and seems almost too good to be a B&B. Hosted by Claudio who provides service witha smile in a very informal way. It is more like visiting and staying with friends than checking in to a B&B We love it and always get property envy. Breakfasts are good and for Dinner, The Griffin Inn is a very short walk into the village. Set in the glorious Charnwood Forest we will return, again and again.

My husband and I were here for a night for a friend’s wedding which was just up the road and we had a great stay! Our hosts were very welcoming, our room was very spacious and it was absolutely spotless. The breakfast was lovely and we were able to pick a time which suited us. We would definitely stay here again!

The lodge is in a beautiful end of village location with a nearby pub. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. Rooms were bright and spacious and breakfast was a delight. I’m quite a light sleeper and apart from the radiators buzzing, I thought it was my phone at first 😂 we got a good nights sleep, pillows and bed very comfy. Would def recommend.

Attended a wedding at a nearby venue and stayed at Keepers Lodge. Would highly recommend this B&B. It is better than most hotels I have stayed in, spotlessly clean and really comfortable and pleasant rooms. The breakfast is very good and cooked to order and the host is really friendly. Would highly recommend you will not be disappointed.
