HPB Blore Hall is such beautiful place. Our accessible cottage was lovely. Everyone was so helpful in booking and while we were there. Recommend checking doorway widths as some areas not so accessible however we were fine in our holiday accommodation. The views around it were stunning and I made good use of touring around in my powerchair. Lovely place. We will return.

Dog friendly HPB accommodation set in stunning Derbyshire Dale surroundings. Usual HPB high standard and friendliness of staff. Maybe the furniture could do with some updating. That aside a wonderful week. The only problem was what walk to go on or visit to do first.

One of our favourites in the HPB portfolio. Set in some beautiful countryside, with well appointed rooms and facilities along with friendly staff. What else could you ask for?

A lovely spot from which to explore this part of the Peak District. With all the advantages we have come to expect from HPB: welcoming, well-appointed, comfortable, spotlessly clean. It wasn't the season for tennis, but we did enjoy the swimming pool. Highly recommended.

Well appointed rooms, although ours could do with some TLC.
Floor lifting in shower, worktop in kitchen has bubbled due to water ingress, double glazed window in lounge 'blown'.

Chairs and bed very comfortable. It was very clean and tidy when we arrived. Had to turn the heating down as was rather sweltering in the bedroom. Better hot then cold though.

Blore Hall is the Holiday Property Bond's home in the English Peak District. It is located amongst beautiful scenery, close to the National Trust's Ilam Park and picturesque Dovedale. There are many country walks in the vicinity and a host of appealing tourist attractions and pretty villages within easy reach. The characterful historic accommodation is - as usual with the Bond - maintained to the highest standards. Extensive facilities are available on site and include: an indoor pool, sauna, tennis, croquet, children's play area, snooker and table tennis. There are twenty two cottages and apartments, ranging from studios to 3-bed properties. Recommended. Edited to add that we've been fortunate to return and all was as excellent as on our previous visit.

Stayed twice (so far!) and have loved it both times, beautiful part of a beautiful county. A little bit off the beaten track but it is a lovely place to get away from it all. Truly idyllic.
