Lovely experience, relaxation room was to die for. Pool is pretty but not if you want to do lengths. Well equipped gym. Cann’t comment on classes as ones we wanted all booked, so advise booking before you go, same with treatments you would like.
Meals were excellent, good choices, only criticism was breakfast buffet. Hot water for tea was anything but, would have been perfect if we could have had teapot with substantial breakfast instead of having to leave table to collect cup of lukewarm tea.
Staff extremely friendly and helpful.

We had the pleasure of visiting this wonderful spot for a treat, and I must say, it was an experience to remember! From the moment we arrived, we were treated with such warmth and attention. Amy went above and beyond to make our time extra special, and we truly felt taken care of. A big thank you to her for making our visit unforgettable. We can't wait to come back again soon. Highly recommend!

From the lovely greeting at the reception desk, a lovely man with a jovial and warm greeting, to the sublime massage, from start to finish an excellent visit. |On entering The Malvern you immediately feel like a very welcomed customer. They are polite, friendly and helpful. |Once in the treatment area, you immediately feel relaxed, the atmosphere is calm and the lighting in the evening creates a lovely ambiance. |Again, the staff are polite, friendly, welcoming and helpful. |I booked in for the Pure neck, shoulder and back massage. Leah introduced herself and took me through to the treatment room. |It was a well set up room with dim lighting and a lovely aroma. Leah was a lovely young lady and made me feel at ease and relaxed straight away. She gave me a fantastic massage, just at the right strength and hitting all the stressful spots just right. She was very thorough, working more on the areas where she found the most knots. |I’d highly recommend a massage by Leah. I have had other treatments in the past and have never been disappointed. |Thank you to all the staff I met today, you’re doing a fabulous job.

Very easy to book, which we did on the day we intended to stay. Warm welcome on arrival and a tour by a member of staff.|We booked a suite as it was our honeymoon and it didn't disappoint. Nespresso coffee machine, Elemis products, jacuzzi bath with TV, four poster bed. There was also a complimentary fridge with water, prosecco and chocolate.|The spa had plenty of beds, attentive staff who took drinks orders. There are 4 steam/sauna rooms and an outdoor pool.|The dining experience was first class. Dinner was plentiful and delicious with brilliant staff.|I will be returning.

From the time we entered the hotel (with 3 friends) to leaving we were treated so well. The hotel rooms are lovely, the spa treatments and the staff (I had a facial from Leah which was exceptional) and the pool area are brilliant. Not forgetting the lovely food and staff in the restaurant.

I enjoyed it so much that I am going to book a return trip with my husband for my birthday.

Been meaning to come here for ages, finally made it and it was worth it for the spa.|The spa water was lovely, really warm and when you go to the outdoor area it's even steamier and even more gorgeous, especially in the evenings. All the the spa areas like pool, sauna, etc., scrub up well, however the hotel needs a little tlc in the rooms and communal areas. We were on the 1st floor and had to put up with some noisy guests above, made worse by really creeky floor boards. I asked to move the next day and was kindly moved to the 2nd floor. There were limited power points in the room - the bed headboard covered the power points by each bedside table, but there were two more points on the far side of the room. The bed was comfortable and the room had two wardrobes with plenty of hanging / storage space. There's a kettle and complimentary water and tea / coffee sachets. Got to mention the very, low toilet! I'm 5ft 7, my husband is 6ft 3, it was a long way down for us, I don't know if they are the same in all the rooms but I think they need to be a bit higher up. Not sure how those with mobility issues cope. We had a few dining probs with slow service, one morning it took nearly 45mins for our breakfast to be served, when it came my full English wasn't hot and some items not cooked satisfactorily. It was then too late to get anything fresh cooked because the chef had packed everything away! The restaurant manager quickly resolved this matter to my satisfaction but suffice to say I had to visit McDonalds after check out! We ate dinner there both nights, the steaks are good, nice cocktails. Overall the staff were friendly and helpful, the spa is lovely but there's room for improvement with the facilities / decor in the rooms, speed of service and cleaning. But I'd defintely return and would recommend the place.
