Had a hour to kill early morning. Popped in for Breakfast.

I cannot comment on rooms in this particular Premier Inn but restaurant staff were excellent, food was tasty and environment pleasant - would recommend

I booked three rooms for my family but the hotel placed us on different floors. Do they not realise that families would prefer to be on the same floor? I booked 6 months in advanced so they should have been able to accommodate us on the same floor. I am not asking for rooms to be next to each other, just to be on the same floor. Apart from this was happy with my stay.

The room had a funny Odour especially by the door. |The room was tranquil and on the side facing the Council buildings. Signs we're up advertising cocktails. But we were informed that they weren't available due to not having the ingredients. Breakfast was very nice. We stayed for two nights but no one came to replenish the teas or coffees. Luckily we picked them up from downstairs.

Great service & always an enjoyable stay. Tamara and Darcy were great hosts. Rooms are clean, functional and the beds are comfy. Stayed here multiple times now, and this is my go-to hotel when visiting Loughborough. The hotel is in a great location, with parking across the road.
