My daughter and I stayed at Ye Old Station Guest House for one night so we could go to the NEC the next day . We're from North Devon. Our stay was first class. The breakfast was amazing and the whole experience was lovely. We had everything we needed for a great stay and would highly recommend this lovely homely b&b.😊

For a room for the night, this place is perfect. The style is old fashioned, but the place is clean, tidy, very comfortable, very friendly and 15mins drive from NEC. For silly low price you get parking, Wi-Fi and a cooked breakfast. ||This place reminds me of the best traditional English B&B from back in the day. I would always stay here over a Premier Inn or the like…plus it’s a fraction of the cost.

This is such a beautiful place for a stop over. Wed stayed a night from my sons wedding at nearby Shustoke Barn earlier in the day. Ye Olde Station is exactly as it says - an old now unused station with existing train line still in use.||Pat the owner is such a wonderful host, most happy to answer questions, keep a beautiful guest house and cook a delicious breakfast.||We had 1 double room and 1 twin single room for our sons. Rooms plenty large enough with en-suite in both. The double had a huge bathroom/shower room and the twin single had a toilet and shower room. Views from the single room looked over the front of the guest house whilst the double had the railway lines and main road. I love trains and as the freight trains passed through into the night loved the sound that lulled me to sleep. Most comfortable beds. Complimentary tea and coffee. Toiletries and towels.||A super night stop over and breakfast from a busy wonderful wedding x thank you Pat xx

Good location with an excellent pub within a short walk. Pat was lovely and served a great breakfast which kept us going through our long days at the NEC.

Stopped for one night. Easy to book and find.
Greeted by Pat, very friendly and helpful. Showed around and to our room.
First impression , strange odour but that could have been the cleaning sprays.
Bedroom ok very comfortable bed and all cleaned well shame about the cobwebs up high...
Had a full cooked breakfast which was nice but be aware they use full cream milk so ask if want semi skinned etc.
Overall I would recommend the property even though it was quite old fashioned and could do with a more modern update

We stayed for one night on visiting a nearby attraction. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were clean. The price was absolutely reasonable and the location was very peaceful. We had breakfast included and Pam even went out of her way to make me veggie sausages.

2nd time we stayed this year. Perfect for visiting NEC events, only about 20 minute drive but a lovely rural location. Pat is very welcoming and breakfast never fails to hit the spot. A truly wonderful quintessential English guest house 😍

I stayed here the night before a business meeting. I contacted Pat the night before as I was unsure I would arrive before the last advertised check in time (9pm) Absolutely no problem was the reply.
I was shown to the single room I'd booked and Pat was very good to explain what was what. She asked me when I wanted breakfast which was a refreshing change to the "breakfast is served at".
My room was fine for my needs. Comfort bed, excellent shower, tea/coffee facilities etc. The whole place has a homely feel, the decor a little dated but the welcome was perfect.
Breakfast the following morning set me up perfectly for the day and my business meeting.
