Good rooms with a view, comfortable bed and a nice big window view. The breakfast bar is a little limited but food is fresh and the opening times are accommodating for working individuals as it starts at 6:30am. Friendly staff and quick check-in process. Parking is NOT free, charge is £7 per night. The only downside is loud air con and the rooms are not very soundproof for anyone sensitive to noise.

I had quick early check in experience and a room with a nice top view of the city, the employees are the reception were nice as well as the housekeepers and the restaurant/cafe employees were super nice, especially a lady in the cafe who helped me get my order as I was sick when I arrived and a guy who also helped me the night after. Unfortunately, one of the reception employees was not very nice and had an attitude when I ordered food to the room at night. I didn’t know that the hotel policy was not to allow the delivery guys up to the floors but he didn’t explain it and was a bit rude in the way he asked me to come down. Clearly, my voice was weak because of my illness and I wanted to request that someone from the workers help out instead but he didn’t give me the time or space to speak on the phone. Aside from this incident, I would recommend this hotel to those who wish to visit Coventry.

Lovely room, clean and tidy. It was only one night for a conference in the area. The area itself is a little rough round the edges however the hotel was great. Comfy bed. Good bar (although expensive) and service could be a little quicker. All in all though a good experience

Excellent Hotel, I stay here every month to visit the SkyDome for ice hockey. Ideal location just across the road, rooms are always clean and beds are extremely comfy . Best part of the hotel is the buffet breakfast which does a selection of hot and cold food. Staff are always on hand and are very friendly. There is a multi story car park next to the hotel which is £7 currently.

Whenever I stay in a hotel, I look for value for money and for me this hotel certainly ticks that box. I will continue coming here

I cannot fault the service and cleanliness in this hotel. The breakfast team are lovely in particular Patricia who looked after us every morning. The food morning and evening meals are excellent and really tasty. The hotel is in a run down area of Coventry with a few odd types about but this never affected our stay. Well done

Room was a good size and very comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and the location is great. 10 minute walk from the train station and a 8 minute walk to the town centre, passing the fantastic Sky Blue Tavern on route. We would definitely stay here again PUSB

Stayed for one night at Ramada Coventry. Checked in and was told I had to pay for my breakfast but I told them my office had already paid for the stay including breakfast. I then had to email the reception with my work confirmation email to prove it. Room was comfortable but no sockets next to bed so had to charge my phone a bit far from the bed. Breakfast was good, they made me porridge! But coffee was terrible! They need to invest on coffee😂

A really good hotel which only fails to score higher for the following reasons. The optional breakfast on the first morning of my stay was so good, and value for money, I booked for the following two mornings of my stay. Day two, again excellent quality of food and service.Day three was a complete disappointment.The cooked food was greasy and well passed it's best from the heated buffet. Service from the staff was slow, tea was only luke warm.If this had of been day one, I certainly wouldn't have booked again.The room was equipped with everything I needed, tea and coffee, iron and board, additional fan and heating.I felt the 40 inch TV was too large for the size of the room and it was placed on the dressing table which took up about 50% of the area.The TV gad been "adapted" to the usual "Hotel Mode" settings and had very limited "free" channels to view if compared to the standard terrestrial channels in the UK.An online system was used to provide the available media and showed poor latency on several occasions. A major negative being the system had no menu option to select the available stations.Also, the room was not serviced during my three night stay. Not a big issue, but fresh toweling would have scored better.This hotel could easily score better.
