Great location, nice and peaceful. Rooms were immaculate, homely and very comfortable. Kenilworth Castle is a short walk away and Stratford-upon-Avon not too far a drive either.

Tamarind was a great host, at the end of a phone for any queries. Home made cake and teas were a lovely welcome. Tamarind went out of her way to make our room up early.

Beds were really comfortable with a lovely view of endless fields. Our stay ended with a breakfast with everything we needed. Fresh fruit, juice, yoghurts and a hot breakfast wrapped up a perfect stay. We'll definitely return.

This is a smart working farm with cows in the fields. Situated down a long track you are well away from noise. We were in the B&B in the atmospheric farmhouse. It was very comfortable with a large communal lounge downstairs for relaxing. Breakfast was extra and was a typical county meal. There are walks around the farm and you can get to Kenilworth in about 25 minutes through beautiful countryside passing by a medieval settlement. This place is suitable for longer stays as it it so peaceful. There is also self contained accommodation on site.

The Pleasance Farm B&B is at the end of an unmade road just to the north of Kenilworth. The setting is very rural, peaceful and quiet.|Tamarind, the host, greeted us very nicely, showed us to our room where a tea making kit included 2 very nice slices of home made cake. The room was bright and clean, the shower room very modern.|We had a good nights sleep, and in the morning enjoyed the view of the Warwickshire countryside including a very fat pheasant.|Breakfast was a freshly cooked full English with options.|During my working life I always tried to stay on a farm B&B rather than an hotel, so I have stayed on many farms. I rate the Pleasance Farm B&B the best I know.

An excellent B and B. Very clean, contemporary and well decorated and furnished. Tamarind made some apple cake which we had on arrival- delicious, as well as shortbread biscuits to have in our room. Breakfast was excellent with all the usual foods and homemade bread which was delicious. The house is situated in the peace of the countryside. and so convenient for seeing our son at Warwick Uni. We will use Pleasance Farm any time we revisit the area. Highly recommended!

A beautiful B&B with a warm welcome. Very comfortable private ensuite rooms. Delicious breakfast. Highly recommended. In the summer months there is the most amazing cake, tea and coffee from the Shepherd Hut pop up café.

We stayed at Pleasance Farm for 1 night 22.10.16 for a belated birthday present for me and what a lovely present. We were in the area to visit a couple of National Trust properties and wanted somewhere convenient for both. We had such a friendly welcome from Tamarind and were shown to a very tastefully decorated, comfortable room. We had forgotten our phone chargers so Tamarind went off to see if she had a spare we could use. We then asked her to recommend somewhere for supper which she did and then offered to book us a table. She was very flexible about our time for breakfast, which was very tasty and locally sourced, including her own eggs.

We would highly recommend this bed and breakfast which is just outside Kenilworth where there are several restaurants and pubs for supper.

Halfway through a walk on a hot day then arrived here. Quiet, relaxed, shady tables under the trees. Lovely homemade cakes and scones, served by the friendly family. All plates and cups fully recyclable. What's not to like?!
