What a lovely place. Everything was perfect. Lots of spacious parking. The room we stayed in looked brand new. A large very comfortable bed, A very spacious shower room with a powerful shower which is necessary when you are 1.97 meters tall. The continental breakfast was very good with lots of choice and fresh brewed coffee.
The host Marina was very lovely and made sure we had everything that we needed. I have no problem recommending this accommodation.

Very nice clean and tidy place. Scott was very helpful and couldn’t do enough to help with local amenities.
Room was lovely as was the shower.
One thing I did like was the power socket by the bed had 3 usb charging ports… an essential with my work equipment!

My visit to family in Binley Coventry, was a amazing weekend, Which was even better as I stopped at the Middle House B&B, The hosts were friendly and welcoming, The room was to a very high standard, And the breakfast was lovely, I will be stopping here again on my next visit to Coventry. Middle House is a lovely house to stay in very clean and smart ensuite rooms
With tea coffee, water in the rooms, and a very comfortable bed, it is set back from the road so it is very quiet. And lovely helpful people who run it ,in the dining room we had a very nice Continental breakfast 🥞 we would highly recommend it together with. Very competitive prices per room 5 stars around

From the outset communications were excellent with the host with details of location and parking.
On arrival we were met in person and shown to our room. The first thing we noticed is that everywhere was spotlessly clean. I am fussy in that regard and have to say how very impressed I was.
Breakfast is continental style which you choose in advance from a good selection. It was served with a smile the next morning 🙂
We chose Middle House because it was close to relatives initially and we would definitely look to return again.

So welcoming and the rooms are so clean and cosy and the bed was really comfortable. Love the big tea cups for a proper brew too! Breakfast was all ready and waiting for us. Such a friendly atmosphere, would definitely come back. Thanks for having us!

This was a great overnight B&B and particularly fresh, clean, tidy, spotless and impeccably decorated, with lovely touches throughout. It was as though it had just been opened. Middle House is a short drive from the city centre, taking about 15/20 minutes to drive in the morning and evening rush periods. I'm sure out of these times it would be quicker. Marina was extremely welcoming and made my stay very comfortable. In the same circumstances I'd not hesitate to stay at Middle House again.||||The continental breakfast selection offered was good and I enjoyed it. Everything was clean and hygienic in its presentation. Although I had to leave quite early, this was not a problem and my food was ready, as requested. Like my bedroom the breakfast room was spotless, impeccably clean and tastefully decorated with a TV.||The property is situated in what appeared to be a primarily residential area, so may not suit all tourists, especially if they are looking to walk nearby and see city sights or wish for a wide variety of restaurants, albeit there is a MacDonalds and Subway just a minute's walk away.||I'd highly recommend Middle House to anyone looking for a quiet, friendly, modern and very clean B+B to stay outside Coventry city centre.
