We came for our wedding anniversary. The reception and concierge team were great, the room was beautiful, the spa was fantastic and dinner at the club house was delicious. Rockliffe Hall is a great venue for a wedding. From the grand interiors to the gorgeous gardens, there’s no shortage of incredible spots for photos.

If you’re looking for a luxurious wedding venue with timeless charm, I can’t recommend Rockliffe Hall enough!

A fantastic experienced at the club house. My partner and I are spa members and decided to dine at the clubhouse on a Sunday evening in November. We were served by Lewis and Tristan and the service was very professional and welcoming. We ordered sirloin steaks and they were divine! Such a gorgeous and smokey taste. It would seem the service and food quality has much improved at the clubhouse. The steak quality was very good and it was a very enjoyable evening. Thank you!

By far the best hotel and spa I’ve been to. The attention to detail is impeccable. The spa is outstanding with two large pools, 6 different rooms such as saunas, steam rooms, and an igloo room. My favourite was a room with large curved hot stone beds in. It is definitely worth adding on the spa garden for access to an outdoor jacuzzi and infinity pool overlooking the gardens.

The hotel room was the best I’ve ever stayed in. We received complimentary cocktails and luxurious snacks as well as a card from the hotel staff congratulating my graduation. The bathroom was huge and the bath had a TV in!

The whole hotel was luxurious and the orangery that we ate breakfast in was stunning. The food was like nothing I’ve eaten before, it was all perfect.

Just returned from an overnight stay at Rockcliffe to celebrate my friends 60th birthday. High standard of customer service and attention to detail. Spa experience was lovely and relaxing. We stayed in the 'new hall' and our room was amazing. 2 huge double beds. |All the staff were lovely especially Alistair who drove us down to the clubhouse where we were having dinner. Only disappointing thing here was there was only two other people dining in the clubhouse which meant lots of empty tables and not much atmosphere or ambience. Food however was excellent. |Breakfast served in the Orangery was again of a very high standard. Both the stunning room, the food and the service. |Rockcliffe is expensive. (£45 for a bottle of average pinot grigio) but it's on another level and for a special occasion it definitely felt worth it.

We booked a one night stay in for a birthday treat. From start to finish everything was magnificent. From reception and concierge, the Spa Garden, the cocktail bar and the orangery, everything is fabulous, our room - 203 was amazing, the snacks and cocktails were a lovely touch. Dinner in Terra was incredible. the best parts were the staff, an absolute credit to the resort 26/10 for everything, no fault to be found.

We organised a baby shower in the Morning room at Rockliffe, and what a wonderful experience it was.|The room looked beautiful, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful (special mention to Kate Gray for organising- nothing was too much trouble) and the food was delicious, plentiful and beautifully presented. |We couldn’t be more delighted and would 100% recommend the venue if you’re planning a special event

A Christmas to remember! We did the 3 night break over Christmas 2024 and the service, food and atmosphere was impeccable. We are firm fans of the hotel and spa and visit regularly but felt the food went up a notch in recent months and the service too. We both had treatments and said it was the most relaxed we had been in a longtime. I felt the staff couldn’t do enough to help us make magical moments for our little boy and for that we really appreciate the efforts (especially the doorman who took us on a buggy tour to find the bunnies thank you!)||The only slight hiccup to the stay was the Boxing Day ball, advertised as a 3 course dinner was actually a buffet which is tricker with a little one in tow, so should be advertised as such, but all in all an excellent stay and felt like value for money.||Will be back again soon!
