Would not come back! Poor service, poor quality food. You have to order lunch at a different counter but that is not advertised anywhere! I had chicken fajita flatbread and I'd asked for salad and coleslaw, came with just lettuce and coleslaw. Chicken was cubed processed chicken. My mum ordered tuna mayo baked potato which came cold with no butter and no salad, should have complained about the no salad but was too appalled at the absolute poor customer service. My Auntie ordered separately and she was spoken to like a child after she was told to order at the other counter after paying for what she wanted to order. Only thing that was nice was the capuccino. Also, takes them ages to clear tables, we were eating with other peoples plates still there till we had nearly finished our food! Avoid at all costs!

I met my friend and treated us to lunch I can’t say I was impressed with the food I had a chicken wrap it was bland and dry it had a little salad with it but was very dry, my chocolate fudge cake wasn't much better, my friend ordered a sandwich very little cheese on the sandwich disappointed really, there wasn't much choice available for an alternative as they had ran out. The staff had made a comment about carrying cups directly to the table apparently this isn't allowed we were told that hot drinks have to be placed on the tray to be carried to the table ridiculous! I used my hot chocolate to help wash the sandwich down since it was dry.

Absolutely disgusting!! We asked for 1 normal bacon sandwich and 1 crispy bacon sandwich. Well if you call this crispy bacon there is a massive problem. There is literally just a load of fat it is disgusting

Had small breakfast and £4.95 roll and hot drink deal, Food tastes nice but cold Latte I would give a 4 star and right temperature would I return? Yea but only if food temperature increases

I came on a busy day and wanted to get soup as I had a long wait for my bus to arrive and it was cold. I honestly thinking they’d be none left but the lovely assistant said they had just leek and potato left. I watched them make all the toasties and baguettes making me think il have to come here again for one of those. The poor girls were rushed off their feet and just as they’d closed off an area some people decided to ‘unclose it’ and as a person who worked in catering 16 years people should appreciate how hard the job actually is. The soup was very very nice it was proper homemade and the bread wasn’t horrible shop bought it was proper sliced bread. The cakes even looked amazing so il be back again.

Service is horrendous, 25 minutes waiting for a ciabatta to find out it hadn’t even been started

Charging premium prices for average food and terrible service, didn’t even receive an apology for the hassle from any of the staff

Eventually got ciabatta and had missed cranberry that I asked for and was pretty sure I was charged for, did get a little apology though off the lady serving who I felt sorry for more than anything else

Soup was okay but very salty, toastie wasn’t the best and was overpriced for the tiny portion in my opinion. The time you wait in the queue to order and pay (two separate queues) is ridiculous. Won’t be returning here.

Stood on a queue ages , guy in front served with 2 breakfasts. My turn, was told to go stand in the other queue to order then come back to that queue to pay and collect. I asked why the man in front was served but I had to go in another queue. Weak explanation, in the time she argued , I could have ordered. Walked out, found nicer place, 25 quid well spent . If there was a zero star rate, I'd have chosen it.
