I love The Lounge restaurants and this was no exception. We visited on a weekday in the summer holidays to get some lunch (and a cocktail) before seeing Deadpool vs Wolverine.
I had a burger and husband had the tapas. I asked for my burger without the bun which is always a test for me- some places get confused and present me with a plain burger and no salad, cheese or bun, but these guys got it perfectly right. The food was cooked to perfection and my p0rnstar martini was delicious. Will definitely be back!

Visited on a Monday lunchtime - two mains, two drinks for under £25 was excellent. The service was quick and I like the option of either ordering at the bar or from a QR code at your table. The decor is stylish, portions good and everything tasted nice and fresh.

Had my daughter's 21st at Coltello and they couldn't have been lovelier. So helpful, super prompt service, (especially as there were 24 of us), and the food was amazing.
Special mention to Danni who made us feel particularly welcome. Would highly recommend 👌

We had a wonderful time visiting Coltello Lounge from Victoria, BC, Canada. It’s the best Gluten Free menu we’ve found after 3 weeks in the UK. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and asked us about our trip as well as wishing us a safe journey home.

We would certainly come back and recommend anyone to try Coltello Lounge.

Been here a couple of times now and the food is exceptional. The place itself is also lovely.

The only downside sadly is the lack of service. We stood there the other day waiting at the "wait here to be seated sign" - bearing in mind the place was very quiet -and yet the girl at the bar didn't even acknowledge us even though she could see us and a manager I presume sitting down had to eventually ask a member of staff to greet us.

Food again was great both times we've been, however I then asked about the signs they had around the place regarding Christmas and new year's events and was told "you're asking the wrong person I have no idea" twice by two different staff members. So why advertise a function or event that the staff aren't even clued up on? Surely you're going to get customers asking about it? Didn't make a bit of sense to me at all.

The lack of service really puts a dampener on the place sadly.

Food is way to expensive for what it is. £16 for a small burger. The tapas are tiny and way below average, the wings have no meat on them and the calamari is just frozen then deep fried until black where you can’t even taste the fish at all. I ordered a burrito which was £13 and had to be the smallest burrito I’ve ever had in my life it was like a snack wrap you’d buy from Aldi. No wonder businesses never survive in the location it is, charging way to much for poor food and poor portion sizes. If a business wants to survive there has to be repeat business from customers but for now there’s nothing worth going back for. You can much better tapas elsewhere for cheaper prices. You can get bigger burgers elsewhere for a lot cheaper and you can get a decent burrito for less than half the price they’re charging.

Not too busy when we arrived but sign at the door says Wait to be Seated. After being ignored by the staff, we were finally told "oh, sit wherever you like" - can't help but feel that the original concept for this place is totally lost on staff who don't really care. Not an unfriendly welcome, more a "can't be bothered" welcome. Food is good and prices are OK, but unless the service improves this place will rapidly become overpriced for what it offers.
