I’ve just had the most delicious breakfast here at Café@King’s this morning. I’d seen this week’s breakfast special on social media; potato & chorizo rosti with mushrooms, spinach, poached eggs and homemade chilli jam! Wow, it was one of the nicest breakfasts I’ve ever had. I couldn’t wait to eat it…

The food that Bev serves in Cafe@Kings is simply wonderful! The quality is never compromised, and the variety of meals, soups, cakes, snacks is fabulous and extremely well priced. Great location in Barleythorpe, ample free parking, lovely spacious and bright cafe atmosphere complimented by Bev and Kev's wonderful warm greeting, every visit! Lovely airy cafe with amazing choice of home baked scones and cakes.
Lunch was superb and the homemade lemonade was a great accompaniment. The owner Bev and 2 staff, Suzie and Kev are all very friendly.

Fantastic place to drop for refreshments. Great consistently high quality home cooked meals and a relaxed atmosphere. All this along with excellent value for money. A must if you are looking for a comfortable stop for tea cakes or even lunch.
