On arriving at this hotel I was greeted by Emily on reception who was so friendly and welcoming she really went above and beyond to ensure my stay was amazing, she also has an amazing personality. Rooms are really cosy and comfortable with a decent sized bathroom, Big TV, very comfy bed and plenty of teas and coffees. The beefeater restaurant is brilliant everything was cooked perfectly very generous portions. Perfect desserts too I'd highly recommend the biscoff sundae, really friendly staff in the beefeater too. Lovely selection of cocktails too to choose from. Highly recommend this premier inn to anyone who is visiting Cannock definitely one of the best premier inns I've stayed in.

Plenty of parking and a fantastic location for us on this occasion.

Lady on reception at check-in was lovely.

Room was immaculate, my wife is head of housekeeping with a team of 10 cleaners under her, shes extremely diligent and she felt the room was spotless.

However, there was a very very strong smell of damp in the room, we checked the beds and carpets, wasn't those. Turned out the smell was coming from the sink. So apart from a god awful smell it was a great stay.

For Prem Inn - room 30 need a serious pipe clean.

Had a wonderful stay. For my business trip. As a woman with anxiety and never stayed at a hotel on my own before it was a challenge for me but i felt welcomed and reassured. my experience was made that lil more special by reception staff 2 ladies Beverly and shauna on my second night gave me items to help me relax in the bath. Thank you so much ladies you helped me settle in and I did not want to leave. Thanks you 😘

We had trouble with our booking when we arrived ( due to a mistake in our office ) be this wos sorted like a champ by Beverley on the main desk . Room was clean and tidy as usual for premier Inn . The restaurant was busy and to me seemed under staffed but this seems to be the new normal for this company ( I do use premier inn very regular) food was hot and came quite quickly but watching the staff I can see why nobody wants to work in hospitality anymore, non stop no time to breathe. All the staff worked hard and did the best they could.

We stay in a lot of premier inns and are usually very happy. On this occasion, the room smelt musty as soon as we entered. Bits of hair and dirt on surfaces and as we all have allergies, woke up sneezing. Drawer in room didn’t shut. |When checking the room upon departure we found things under the bed a previous family had left behind 🤦‍♀️|Fed back to lovely lady on reception who was lovely.
