I stayed here for one night as I was meeting friends at David Austin Roses at Albrighton. This was much cheaper and much better than the 4 star hotel I where I stayed last year. It's a ver comfortable modern studio room. Excellent sleep on a comfy bed. Kitchen in corner of room with sink, fridge freezer and microwave.. Self check in after leaving £50 surety on credit card. Very comfortable bed. Tea, coffee, provided with bottled water in fridge/ freezer and microwave in kitchen unit in the room stocked with coffe & tea and bottled water and biscuits. Goid sizw wardrobe cupboard with iron and board. and plenty of drawers and T V.I was in room. 3 in the main house, not over the garage. It has very good reviews on booking.com. I would stay here again.

I needed somewhere to stay in Wolverhampton vaguely near the canal system and the prices of some basic hotels near the main train station were ludicrous. Glaisdale Studios had good reviews on booking.com so I thought I'd give it a go. Comms from the manager were good and explained the £50 deposit for the room (which was incidentally was refunded within hours of me leaving). They knew I had my bicycle with me as well which I was able to lock up in the (secure) back garden. While the room was perhaps not as warm as it could be it was perfect for sleeping for the night with a good shower and very comfortable bed. Sure it is in a converted 'garage' out the back but so what? No less a decent bedroom for it. I personally found it perfectly clean as well. Only thing to be mindful of is that there isn't anywhere to grab food immediately in the vicinity if you're on foot but if that's not an issue (you're already fed and watered/have a car with you etc!) then it's a perfectly acceptable stopover.

I booked through booking.com and three days before I was due to arrive I got an email from booking.com to say my booking had been cancelled due to an invalid payment card. I rang the hotel who informed me that booking.com handled the payment so it would have been them who cancelled. I rang Booking.com who said they’d received an email from the hotel saying it was cancelled. This may or may not be the hotel’s fault but it’s left me without any accommodation for my trip and someone is obviously not telling the truth. By the way, there was nothing wrong with my card as I booked another hotel for a different trip which went through without a hitch.

Very clean and cosy room, had everything you needed ||Comfy bed and a fantastic shower ||Location is very idea as it’s near the town centre, football ground and west park ||Really happy with our stay and will 100% use again on our next visit ||Can’t recommend this place enough

Comfortable, secure, clean, pleasant room, with a good shower, small kitchen area, microwave, fridge, big wardrobe and storage space. Only slight drawbacks, it's in the middle of a suburban hosing area and the house is semi-detached.

If you would like to spend your money to stay in someone’s back garden in a redecorated garage then stay here. Photos are intentionally only of the inside as outside is literally somebody garden/backyard on a built up estate with loads of terraced houses. Loud music in the main house and not feeling safe . ||||You are also being charged straight away £50 deposit that is only refunded few days later . Not recommending it at all

I checked into 18 Glaisdale Studios on the 1st of April 2022 and found a used condom near the radiator in the studio room I was staying in. I called the customer service team and requested a cleaner to come in to clean up the condom, as well as cleaning the room again as I did not feel comfortable staying in the room as I wondered if the room had actually been thoroughly cleaned if a used condom near the bed was missed during the cleaning process. I was then advised by the customer service team to pick the condom up and dispose of it myself as they had no available cleaners around. ||||I then asked if anyone from the hotel team could at least provide me with different bedsheets or a new room/accommodation and was told that I could not have new sheets and was not offered any other room or accommodation in general as they said they had no available accommodations for me to stay in. The first option I was offered by the customer service team was to leave the hotel and have free cancellation. However, free cancellation was not enough for me as the room was not cleaned to a high standard so I at least wanted a partial refund during my stay. Also, leaving the hotel as they suggested was not a helpful option as I was only staying in Wolverhampton for one night and if I left, I would have had to find and pay for somewhere else to stay last minute which was inconvenient. Someone else rang on my behalf a few hours later and spoke to a worker from the company named Ron and the person on my behalf was told that I was offered an alternative accommodation which was a lie. Not only was the accommodation not cleaned to a high standard but on top, Ron on the customer service team was rude and lied, giving false information to the person calling on my behalf and I on different phone conversations. Will not be staying here again.

Was working in the area and booked this accommodation. Very comfortable. The host (Jay) was very accommodating and helpful. If we work in the area again, will definitely book.
