Really nice stay. Great location and loved the pool and facilities. Breakfast was really good, spectacular views and wide selection of breakfast options. Staff was all helpful and friendly. Only slight downside is our room was a bit cold, we had a radiator but felt the heating needed to be a bit warmer as we arrived just after Christmas so the weather was frosty and would’ve been nice to enter to a warm room. But nothing too bad, would return! Value for money was great

We signed up as a gym member, on the face of it, the amenities looked lovely but when it came to using them we found they weren’t the cleanest - in particular the steam room and pool. The changing rooms are very small and no privacy anywhere. We were advised children’s swim times were 3-6pm and when we went to use the facilities after 6pm a class had just started. The gym is too small and busy for the price so we actually didn’t want to use it so cancelled. Unfortunately cancelling was a real bother and took weeks of emailing back and forth to find our accounts to cancel. For the price I would not recommend

I took my partner here as a treat in November for a celebration. We had a great time, professional staff, spa facilities are great and not too busy. The room we had was really cosy and overlooked the golf course, the TV was great along with the shower. Quiet rooms and checkout times are good. Only negative was the gym, we still had a good workout but it is small and didn’t feel that clean. But would return 100%. Thank you

Booked a spa day with the girls from work. Lovely day out from start to finish. Welcoming and friendly staff, and the massage was one of the best I've ever had. Used the pool, sauna and gym- all good. Had a 2 course lunch included with the price which was nice. Bargain for what we paid, would return!

I had a massage at the spa today at 14:00 today. It was the best massage I'm not an expert but I've had a few. It was more like an experience. Like an energy going through me. Definitely, got some knots out, I fell asleep in the relaxation room. 10/10. I'll be back soon hopefully.

This was the third time we've visited this hotel. This time was a surprise for my father-in-law for his birthday. The rooms are always clean and lovely, the spa is also lovely and usually a quiet place to relax. The only downside that at the time of our visit, the breakfast buffet didn't work for some reason. We had to order the food and the wait was quite lengthy.

A fantastic 2 night Spa break at the Telford Hotel. Really friendly staff and very clean throughout. Excellent accommodation standard in our King room. Spa treatment was amazing and totally relaxing. Food and drink very very good but at the higher end of medium prices but easy to live with. Pool, Sauna and Steam room used and all clean, in use and not that busy. Overall a great find. Close to Ironbridge, Blists Hill and Attingham House with lots more still to explore. We shall definitely be returning. Well done 👏👏👏

We enjoyed our visit and when I had lost my wallet when on a day out the |reception staff were vey kind allowing me to use the reception telephone to alert my bank that my credit and debit cards were in danger of fraudulent use.|There were 2 problems one being that the soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty but reception staff provided alternatives for our use. The other problem was that on both breakfasts the hot food was only warm and the plates were almost cold. This was a great pity because the cooked breakfasts were excellent some of the best we have experienced.
