Supposed to fit new new speakers and a flush.. watched on my garden camera spent most of the time hosing the hot tub top and then emptied the tub ..no flushing just a straight up refill with water.. took the side off to replace speakers and knocked a pipe loose causing a leak and then fit the speakers at 8pm when dark and didn't use enough sealant and again another leak..spoke to someone who wasn't interested in building customer confidence ..no free service to put it right just a sorry and hung up..avoid avoid avoid 450 bill for all the hastle.

Yes but you didn't even offer a free service this year to check everything and build customer loyalty did you when I suggested it just simply sorry and hung up.

Fabulous customer service.ordered our new lid lifter on fri morning .it was fitted at 2pm the same day .how impressive is that 10/10 from us the hot tub warehouse .!

We had a great experience from the off. Very informative. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Hot tub we got was the Happy and we are very pleased with it. They delivered and fully installed it even though it was pouring with rain they remained cheerful. Only issue was it takes approx 24 th 36 hours for it to heat up using just the plug into the mains however, we decided to buy the air source heat pump and it's the best purchase we have made. It heats up much quicker and holds the heat better as well as using a fraction of the electricity. You only live once so if you want one get it but go to the hot tub warehouse. Hope this helps

Excellent service from the hot tub warehouse. From purchasing to delivery. Mark was very knowledgeable when we went to look and asked us lots of questions to ensure we chose the correct tub. On delivery day the 2 guys (Liam and Chris) that came to deliver and install were amazing very professional and extremely friendly down to earth lads. Nothing was too much trouble they even put my fence panel back up, explained how everything worked and talked us through the chemicals and how to use them correctly they also ensured everything was clean and tidy before leaving. Thankyou so much, Would definitely recommend.

Charged £250 (knocked down from £265) for a 50 MINUTE hot tub service with 1 person.
Company didn’t realise we had experience so knew what was expected.
They washed the lid, took a picture of the electrics and drained the hot tub then left.
Complained to which they said it was just a quick job. Didn’t flush, didn’t clean jets, didn’t refill, didn’t balance chemicals.. paid before job as had many a service from our regular service engineer but he had retired and presumed we would get the same service. Spoke to several other engineers who confirmed we had been ripped off… 😥
Emailed for a refund... ignored.

Enquired about a tub after being let down for another. Within a week it had been delivered and installed. Suzy was fab making sure all of our questions were answered and that we were purchasing the correct product for our needs. The delivery guys and electrician were great too. Professional and friendly. We now buy all our chemicals and accessories from them as they usually come next day and are reasonably priced. Would 100% recommend.
