Had a lymphatic massage with Lisa a few weeks ago after I injured my back and it was the first massage I've had that benefitted me without being painful so I booked in for today for a Thai hot poultice full body massage and WOW! This beats hot stones hands down the heat is fantastic and lasts longer than the stones and the poultice bags mould to your body so are much more comfortable than the stones. This is the ultimate luxury and pamper and I feel amazing for it! Lisa is lovely and I can highly recommend her. I'll be back in a few weeks to try some of her other massages I'm gonna work my way down her list and try it all.
