Went to have my nails sorted as they had been ruined by a nail bar who had filed them way too thin. Had a really lovely lady do them for me, unfortunately didn't take her name, but she was so friendly and asked exactly every detail of what I wanted. The hand massage was relaxing and my skin looks way better than it did. The manicure was first class, and I'm very happy with my shiny Christmassy nails. Thank you!

The atmosphere and lighting is great if you’re getting a massage to relax but for a wax, the room lighting should really be adjusted for a better view. Went for a face wax and when asked to check in a mirror if I was happy, I couldn’t see anything due to the lighting so not sure how the people waxing can see how good a job they are doing. Had to grab my phone light to see clearly, and thank God I did as there were patches of hair left all over my face. I planned to shop afterwards and this would have been so embarrassing. I Made sure to hold my phone light on whilst the lady removed the hairs. The lady was kind and patient and removed all the missed hairs I pointed out. So this post is really regarding the lighting system which should be adjusted for practicality based on the type of treatment being provided. Honestly will try and find another place for a face wax next time.

I had booked a 30 minute pregnancy massage which unfortunately was terrible. The spa itself
Looks pretty good from the inside considering it’s in a shopping centre but the room that I had my treatment in was ridiculously hot and quite uncomfortable. The bed also had what seemed like hundreds of towels/blankets on it which made it hard to get comfy. The pregnancy pillow that was given to me was wrapped in a blanket and I attach a picture illustrating what the pillow looked like - not something I’d want to be holding on to! As for the massage, I was told that it would be a light touch but with medium pressure in certain areas. I have to say I apply more pressure putting on moisturizer! It was so light touch I had to ask for additional pressure but it remained much the same and if I’m honest I had to stop myself from laughing it was so bad. Overall it wasn’t a good massage. It was more like someone moisturizing my back in a darkened room! Perhaps it was just the therapist I had as I’ve heard good things about this spa in the past, but it seemed like she was almost afraid of giving a massage as I am pregnant! Completely appreciate the need to be safe, but I honestly do not think they should be able to call it a massage when it literally felt like someone was trying to put sun tan lotion on me.

It was amazing, she was really professional and I will definitely be back, you don’t even feel like you are in merry hill!

Staff absolutely lovely very accommodating and made me feel like a whole person again! They have made me enjoy facials for the first time and customer service excellent!

Ok facial today! The young lady that did it didn’t introduce herself so I’ve no idea of her name. Not a great start! She was a bit clumsy and unprofessional at times l! Felt like her first client maybe? There was a lot of background noise that also ruined the relaxation experience! (Fitness class or something)! It was ok and I would try again but ask for someone else - I came back with a spot too! I never get spots either! Maybe Elemis doesn’t suit me?!

Had a fantastic pregnancy massage last week! I was so refreshed and my skin was so smooth after, I would happily come time and time again.
They are great prices too.
The lady who looked after me, was so patient and caring especially when i was having a total baby brain

The only annoying thing was I could hear other employees loudly talking and laughing near our room at one point

Had a really good back,neck,shoulder and leg massage. Been going a few years now and always found the staff friendly, rooms clean and relaxing and treatments great. Will be going back again in about 6 weeks.
