Plenty of FREE parking, always plenty of spaces, hotel seems to have been recently renovated or built as it has such a nice brand new clean smell to it, rooms are the same clean and tidy, very very reasonable rates if you book ahead, better than the nearest alternative... Say no more. My new regular stop over hotel.

Brilliant service! The lady on reception ( Maureen) was Absoloutley fabulous! We had some issues with our booking and the dates we had booked for originally! She was so helpful and welcoming and really saved the day for us! Brilliant member of staff!

Michelle and cazzie both checked me in, both so welcoming and friendly. Fast, easy check in. Lovely ladies.. £35 for a nights stay was affordable, beds were comfy, tea and coffee in the rooms and extras at the desk free of charge.. will definitely recommend and also stay again.

Hotel is nice and clean, And the hotel night porter / receptionist Maureen was fantastic, we arrived late in the evening. Maureen was attentive and helpful making sure we had everything we needed for a comfy night. Hotel does not have hair dryer in rooms so Maureen sourced us one, aswell as an extra duvet. Lovely friendly lady.

I’ve stayed here a few times when going to the football in Middlesbrough. There’s loads of free parking, the staff are friendly and helpful, it’s very quiet and spotlessly clean. I really can’t fault this place and there’s a great fish and chip shop just a couple of minutes away.
