A really good experience at Cliff Lakes in July 2024. Purchasing tickets was easy online. Entry was smooth and we were advised of how much time we had before the session began. You have the option of borrowing a wetsuit if you want and everyone has to wear a life jacket. The briefing could have been a bit clearer as the screen showing the instruction and safety video was quite small and we were in a large group of visitors. The changing rooms could benefit from some more cleaning attention between slots. A good variety of slides and inflatables, warm water and overall good fun! 🤩

This is fun!…physically hard work. There are 5 sections included in your ticket - also included is the wetsuit & some grip socks (wetsuit is returned, grip socks are to keep).
You can wear your own ‘water shoes’ but the socks are fine.
Lockers need a padlock (see photos) these cost £3 & you keep it.
There are 4 inflatable courses & a ‘high ropes’ course - if you manage to get to the end of the ‘hard’ high ropes course & ring the bell you win x2 tickets to return for free!
Changing rooms is just a big space…no individual changing rooms.
Locker area is small.
Life guards are attentive & the brief beforehand was detailed.
I found it physically challenging to get myself back into the platforms to get back onto the course…however with a pull from friends it is doable! 🥴
There is seating for spectators - plus some within a see-through marquee should it be raining or cold.
The water has a blue dye in & seemed clean. No weed/algae (expect on the inflatables which is expected)
There was a lot of people the day we visited (however we were told it wasn’t busy)…due to the 5 different courses people seemed to spread out well.
I would recommend this & it’s great fun!

One of the best aqua parks in the country in our families opinion, the staff explain everything at the start and off you go, lots of lifeguards around to help in case you need it, the slides and obstacle course are great fun for both kids and adults alike, the course can be quite taxing on you if you’re not in good shape but overall, great afternoon out in the sun and ensures the kids will be KO’d by the time they hit their beds!

A really great place for a family day, hen and stag or birthday parties.
Great facilities and venue. Spacious.
Ample parking all around the park. Anpr and paid parking.
Lots of places to sit and watch the kids on the inflatable obstacles.
Different obstacles and play areas for different age and ability.
Hot food served from a burger van. Cheese burgers, chicken burgers, veggie burgers and hot dogs. Food was good to ok. Standard festival style hot food.

Cafe has ice creams, hot drinks and alcohol including Carling, Magners and Kopperberg.

We were went on Sunday with friends and family along with kids. Had great time together and enjoyed lot. Definitely worth the price and visit.
We went second slot which is not crowed but later little crowed still not much disturbance.
Parking, locker, on-site restaurant, staffs, guards, good space for spectators everything simply perfect, defo recommend to visit. Good luck.

Wow! Absolutely amazing inflatables obstacle course
Definitely the best one I've been too
It's quite easy to find and parking is plentiful
Small queue to get in but nothing major - socks and wet suits provided and the courses are mega
All 5 were open today and it wasn't that busy but there was a small bit of queuing on the obstacles
They do offer a total total wipeout style section which if you complete the rope rub at the end you get two free tickets - I tried four times but the rope kept beating me!

Great fun for a few hours - kids loved it too - deffo worth a visit❤️

Was there for the first time. Tickets needs to be booked before online. Car park is free, when you come up to reception there you just need register your car number plate. After you need to go and get wetsuit, but also you can choose to stay in your own swimming suit. Also life vest is given. At reception you can buy socks which makes bit easier to go on all inflatables. They cost £2.50 pair, or when you book your tickets online you can add it there.
After you changed and get your wetsuit and life vest, nobody told we needed to get safety instructions, that was just a but confusing. Cause we came up for the first time and didn't exactly knew what we needed to do. We booked time slot at 15.00 and get into water atound 15.20. Session is for 1h and they called us out of water 16.20. So we still got our 1h. We really enjoyed it. And I was surprised how many things you can do there. Even 1h seems like not as much to go through completely everything, but 1h is enough to enjoy it and get real tired and happy!

Visited today with 2 teenagers.
Staff were absolutely fantastic, from the ease of checking in to their genuine care and attention when one of the kids felt unwell.
Went above and beyond and cant thank you all enough.

The aqua park was great fun, slides and obstacle courses with enough to keep everyone happy.
Cant wait to return.
Would highly recommend
