Hightly recommend Joanna. A personalised, professional service from start to finish. I usually book holidays myself however this time we decided to use Joanna for our family holiday to Mauritius. I found it bewildering trying to navigate the web to find a holiday. I contacted Joanna with a rough outline of what I wanted and a budget and she took on all the hard work, coming up with several options, the first of which was ideal. We spent a week at a really wonderful hotel in Majorca which I would never have found on my own, in a quiet and beautiful resort. I will definitely use Joanna again. Great personal service and attention to detail.

Joanna is fab, poor woman has me contacting her at all hours (prob contact more than to my own mother!) Really helpful and gives you the security to know she’s on hand if ever needed whilst away. Joanna always finds out the extra details you need by contacting the hotel directly if required. Bring on 2024 ☀️!

We booked a trip to Australia with Joanna and her advice and attention to detail was incredible. She literally organised everything and we had the holiday of a lifetime. The trip included amazing stays in Hong Kong and Singapore. She booked all internal flights/transfers and hotels in Australia and made it an incredible experience from start to finish. Joanna organised my first holiday with my daughters as a single dad and saved me so much hassle as well as covering all the things I’d never have thought about like fasttrack security (which saved us over an hour of queuing!). Did all our online booking and communicated with the hotel in advance to cover off questions I had. I can’t remember another time I got such good service- and all for the same price as the holidays were online direct (and the holiday was fabulous).
I cannot recommend highly enough and will use her again without question.
