My friends and I all had a full-body hot oil massage. We all had a lovely experience, and the customer service was excellent. We will definitely return for more treatments in the future and recommend it to others.

The place is nice and managed to get an appointment with in an hour ,but Disappointed with the quality of services , not value for the money as the lady did massage half heartedly , not worth it when you are exhausted and just want a good quality relaxation massage . She just fobbed me off .

Thank you for your response. While I appreciate being accommodated on short notice, my feedback was about the quality of service rather than the treatment itself. Regardless of the type of massage, a professional approach and effort should always be maintained. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect this, as the session felt rushed and lacking in care.

I understand that some treatments require multiple sessions for full benefits, but every session should still provide a relaxing and worthwhile experience—especially when customers are paying for it. I hope this feedback is taken constructively to improve service quality for future clients.

Really happy after my first session. The massage by Dr Chithra was soothing and removed all the knots I had. The staff here are friendly and happy to explain the right massage for you. I definitely recommend this Spa for all.

Staff are so very friendly. I have my appointments with Regina and she pays great attention to easing my pain, I no longer take any medications, before coming to Oasis Spa I had morphine patches and strong painkillers. I’d certainly recommend a visit

We had full body massage with steam was amazing and definitely worth it. Very clean and friendly staffs. Great atmosphere and excellent customer service. Definitely worth booking and very professional will be visiting again.

Well! I had a ayurvadic massage from them! The team was quite friendand helpful! Well coming to the massage part i was expalined what the process is and tbh i had the best experience and i am amazed after the massage that how fresh i am feeling amazing and will recommend it! Coming again
