⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Gym & Spa!

This gym is always clean, well-maintained, and a great place to work out. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, making every visit enjoyable. The equipment is top-quality, and there’s plenty of space to exercise comfortably.

The spa is a fantastic bonus—perfect for unwinding after a workout. If you’re looking for a gym with a great atmosphere, excellent facilities, and a relaxing spa, this is the place to be! Highly recommend.

I wanted to leave a review for Chantel at Rubery NH gym.

Any time I've come she's been extremely helpful and always greats me with a great smile. It's a great way to start my workout and I can imagine I'm not the only with that opinion.

Also a special shout out to Rony the lifeguard, an amazing man with great people skills and always friendly.

Thanks to Nicola I managed to swim in the sea in Greece and that was a dream come true. She was patient and very articulate in her instructions. I will always be grateful for this life skill that she taught me!

I've been at this gym for over four months, and I've noticed a couple of key aspects that need improvement. Firstly, the gym equipments are notably outdated and poorly maintained – a prime concern for any fitness facility. An example of this is the triceps machine, which has been broken for several months with no apparent effort for repair or maintenance.

Secondly, regarding the pool and sauna facilities, while the overall temperature is acceptable, the sauna consistently operates at a low temperature, rendering it ineffective. Additionally, the steam room lacks proper maintenance; users are required to manually add water to generate steam, which is inconvenient and reflects a lack of attention to facility upkeep.
Note: the machines in the pictures below have been broken for ages now( still a few more).

Really great gym full of great people. Special thanks to Suneil who helped me really start to enjoy coming to the gym. You can tell he loves what he does and he is really good at it, the best personal trainer I've had in any gym I've been a member of. He's a great asset to the gym!! Thanks Suneil!

I have had a fabulous experience at Nuffield Health Birmingham Rubery Fitness Centre. Of all the trainers, Denise in particular, has been the highlight. Her infectious enthusiasm and incredible positivity, has really encouraged me to go the next step towards my fitness goals.

Joined the gym on the recommendation of Denise for pain relief. Since then, have improved drastically and still attending intro to group exercise and body balance with Denise. I would certainly recommend Denise’s classes without hesitation. 10/10.
