I had my first consultation on Saturday, and it was a great experience. The clinic was very professional and informative. I felt completely at ease throughout. I really appreciated that there was no pressure to book additional treatments beyond what I was interested in. Overall, a very positive and educational experience, and I’m looking forward to my upcoming appointment and procedures.

All the staff I interacted with were lovely but that’s about it. Safe to say I will not be returning and have not been back since my last visit.

Update in response:
I had actually posted a review a year ago but was called by the clinic to remove it in exchange for another consultation. So for extra context I had initially been advised to get 0.5ml lip filler, of which only 0.2ml was used. Being displeased with my results I left a review and then the clinic contacted me to remove it in exchange for them to inject the additional 0.3ml (that I had paid for). I was then told that the 0.3ml would barely make a difference and that I should purchase an additional 0.5ml to then bring the total filler to 0.8ml. Meaning I paid for two 0.5ml injections instead of being correctly advised to pay for one full 1ml which would have worked out much more cost efficient and fitted my goals as described in my consultation. Hope that makes the issue clearer for you. In addition, even after the second consultation I was still displeased with my results.

Unfortunately, I think we are also reading different replies from the clinic as it does not seem you are “keen to improve” as you often take a dismissive and rather disrespectful approach to those who have left poor reviews. Perhaps some self reflection might correct this and you might actually adopt an approach suited for improvement.

Absolutely amazing service! I went for my first ever laser hair removal appointment today and was made to feel so comfortable. Natasha was so friendly and kept me calm throughout the entire procedure as I was anxious for my first session. A big thank you to everyone at the Clinic as they were so inviting and the two ladies at the reception were so friendly and lovely! Can’t wait for my next appointment

Such a lovely experience. While we waited the girls are reception were so accommodating, offered refreshments and had a complimentary chair massage while I waited for my doctor to arrive. During my appointment, my doctor was very easy to talk to and explained everything I could possibly needed to know. First time getting Botox and would happily recommend to anyone! Quick, comfortable and overall such a pleasant experience!

Akila has been an absolute gem walking me through the whole process as she was doing the treatment. She made me feel comfortable and looked after all my needs.

Been having treatments here for 2 years now lovely, calm and welcoming environment, the girls on reception are always very friendly and smiling which is always appreciated especially when you are nervous. They always try to accommodate your appointment needs, communication via phone and email for bookings and reminders is always polite, punctual and clear. Excellent practitioners with a wealth of experience, knowledge and advice, they show kindness and care for the clients and offer honest advice what would be best for you. I wouldn't go anywhere else for any aesthetic treatments, best in Birmingham and the midlands area.
