Enjoyed an exclusive party for my 4 year old. So simple and minimal planning on our part - Blue Kangaroo took care of all the food and cutting the cake for us! All the kids had a fantastic time. Would highly recommend, thanks guys!

I have visited here for my son's friend birthday party yesterday. It was good for them to play in safe place and also have party there.
The drinks there were nice, I got mocha and my husband got green tea.
Staffs were nice and friendly.
The weather on that day was a bit warm but no air-condition turned on for us. Also, the ceiling is a bit low that make me feel a bit uncomfortable.

Very good value, safe and a great adventure for my 4 year old granddaughter. She is an only child, born in the first lockdown and this was one of the first venues we took her to when allowed. We return regularly and she never has anything but a great time. She loves the bit of independence and opportunity to socialise. Staff are very kind and patient. Plenty of parking and a reasonable choice of drinks, snacks and meals available. Thumbs up!!

We had our first experience here at Blue Kangaroo, we enjoyed it & the baby had a blast.

Couple of things unhappy about:

Bottle of coke - £2.50 bit extortionate

Uncertain why there isn't an area dedicated to younger babies. The soft play area states 0-3 years. This is far to rough for a 10 month year old when unsupervised toddlers are jumping off the equipment and throwing the apparatus. They could easily cause harm.

Parents are supposed to supervise however majority of them sat at the tables instead.

If there could be improvements to the equipment too, items are torn and some items covered in dust.

Good place with decent variety of activities for soft play for both age groups. Clean enough and polite staff. The only thing that could use some improvement is the temperature inside the whole building. Based on my experience it was pretty chilling in there for spring and the air conditioning wasn't on.
