Relaxing massage. Never had a bad experience with anyone here. All staff are so professional and helpful. I really look forward to my monthly massage with Lily who has incredible technique to relieve any tension and offers helpful suggestions to improve posture. I always feel relaxed and fabulous. Definitely recommend The Massage Company and Lily.

I had high hopes for the 80 minute massage. No issues with staff, friendly and polite. I’ve had a lot of massages all over the place. The room was cold, therapists hands were cold, the oil was cold. There was constant communication throughout, asking about pressure etc. This prevented me from relaxing. It wasn’t a full 80 minutes. Then for scalp massage a further £10 approximately. Which hardly touched my scalp. The focus was primarily on my forehead and bottom of my head. Apologies I don’t mean to offend anyone. Just being honest. I’m glad it was a Groupon rather than normal price. As I would’ve give only 2 stars.

Nice place and people... BUT had a 50 minuet massage booked, paid EXTRA, yes extra for a scalp massage and came OFF the time I already paid for? (well a voucher my partner got me for Christmas) 🤯 also, ask about tension and areas you want working on... said my neck repeatedly and didn't even get touched 🤷‍♂️... very odd.

I had a wonderful experience with Eva. The massage was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. I had a massage at this company through a Groupon offer. I booked it at the time for tenseness in my back after heavy lifting.
I was made to feel very at ease on arrival, asked if would like any water and was assisted to complete my pre-massage form.
Then called through. Went through to a clean and tidy treatment room, dimly lit, with relaxing music on.
Ruby discussed with me where I felt the focus of the massage needed to be, and if I would like any extras, such as head massage, foot massage or aromatherapy oil treatment. I agreed but there was no pressure at all to take these.
Then she left while I got settled on couch. The couch was heated, with also heated bolsters to raise legs at start and rest legs on at the end.
Then she began a wonderful massage. Asked me throughout if pressure was ok.
Privacy maintained throughout with blanket and sheet across my body.
I felt alot more relaxed after, felt a better range of movement across my whole body and released tension in areas I didn't realise I had it.
They used a vibration massage tool for feet. I personally prefer a hand massage as feel it is more effective,but it did release tightness and tension in my feet.
On exit, membership options explained, as were they to other individuals on leaving but there was absolutely no pressure placed on you to join.
If I had the funds, I would become a member but a little on the pricey side for myself, however for those that do have the funds, this is a great company to use for regular massages to help with tension or other conditions.

It's worth the monthly outlay. The booking process both online ans on person has improved over the last year. Sunny and the team in Sutton are friendly and welcoming and accommodating. The environment is excellent as are the therapists. Particular shout out to Alex, who is incredibly professional, creates a safe environment and has a great deal of knowledge and skill with regards to managing sports injuries. I'm very grateful to be pain free (after the sessions)
