We just held our daughter’s joint birthday party (aged 6 & 4) at this soft play. We did the exclusive hire and invited 41 children, I was worried that it was going to be a little packed and chaotic however it was the complete opposite. The soft play was huge and there was so much for the children to do, the cafe was just outside the doors to the soft play so adults could grab a drink/food if needed. The party went so well and I have to give a huge thanks to both Frankie and Shea. Thank you for a fantastic party, all the children enjoyed themselves! 😊

Lovely facility with lots to do for families, soft play has lots to offer and the gym is kept very clean and tidy. Staff are welcoming and friendly with a great cafe available too.

Can't knock the facilities. But and it is a big but. On 2 occasions I have charged for 2 accounts and been refused entry when I have cancelled one of them.
I have left several feedback forms for someone to call me and try and resolve the issue. But nobody has. The staff on site are friendly and helpful enough but they just can't help with things. The managers are very elusive. It's really frustrating. Levels of incompetence is astonishing.

I been today to your soft play in the morning to a toddler session with my son and because is half term I had to bring my other one who is 6 and I could go in because your staff won't let my 6 year old in because she is not under 5.... Very bad experience made my toddler cry and my daughter because only one is allowed
What an awful experience

Just took my son 1.5y to soft play as new to the area and never been and defo will not be going back. Considering it’s a 5 min walk for me.
Cleanliness levels was appalling, can tell it doesn’t get cleaned. I swiped my finger along the structure of where the under 5s go and my finger was covered in dust almost black. The carpet was so dirty I avoided even sitting on it. And the foam toys were torn and bite marks. Nothing in there for anyone of the age of 2 under.
No supervision in there the whole time.
Was hoping to try the swimming with him but from the looks of things the baby pool is always closed so wasted £20 but at least now I know.

Just wow! What a place to take the kids.

So many things to play on and do, with reasonable price food and drinks.

They also have an under 5's and baby/toddler area, and loads of seating.

Tbh, I wish they did a half day ticket as 3.5hrs really wasn't enough.

You can't really string it out any longer if you park there as the ticket they gives runs out 30mins before the ANPR parking allowance, which if you go over you'll be fined. The whole area has the anpr cameras, so not the fault of the hub. You could move it. But it's a bit of a walk from anywhere you could leave it.

We just held our sons 6th Birthday at the soft play. The soft play was huge and there was so much for the children to do, the cafe was just outside the doors to the soft play so adults could grab a drink/food if needed. The party was going so well till towards the end. We had the room until 2pm by 1.45pm we was been rushed to pack our things away and get everyone out because another party was demanding the room. The party host and a lady from the cafe was putting stuff in bin, and clearing everything away while I was cutting the cake not giving us chance to see if any of the children wanted the rest of there food, or if I wanted to keep anything to just putting it in the bin. I completely understand they need to clean and get the room sorted but they didn't even give us chance to get our things and or thank any of the parents that their children as I had 2 lady moaning at me that the room need cleaning. We had wait till 30mins before we could go in to the food hall to set up before the children come in from the softplay, i didnt demand and rush the other party out. Why couldn't you tell the other party to give us chance to get our things together we still had 15 minutes left. It completely ruined the end to the party. And has put us off booking another one.

Entering the Sauna in this place can only be compared to drinking a glass of water from the Ganges River, the scent of this place stays with you for a long time. CORONAVIRUS not started in Wuhan it starts there !!! IN THAT SAUNA.
