Attended for a lymphatic massage to support with my breast cancer recovery.

Had a combined express and lymphatic drainage facial with Charene today and I floated out of there! Charene is so lovely and calming, such a positive presence. I felt so relaxed after the facial and my friend commented on how good my skin looked afterwards. I booked straight back in!

Just to give some context as to why I’m giving this lady 5 stars.
I had previously had what was supposed to be a LMD massage by another clinic and they left me in pain with a lot of increased swelling and irritation, they used a lot of pressure even over my tummy tuck incision area just weeks after surgery.
That wasn’t a professional lymphatic drainage massage, it shouldn’t hurt and I also notice the directions she was using wasn’t correct to what I had researched online.

Now for the good news, Restore Harmony is 100% qualified for this type of treatment, yes it’s a little more money than some clinics, but your paying for the qualifications and knowledge this clinic brings. I was met with a smiling friendly face, and immediately felt at ease, the room has a perfect relaxing atmosphere to it, and a very comfortable chair if you’re bringing someone with you.
She would always check in with me to ask if I felt ok, and explained everything she was doing.

I left feeling extremely relaxed, safe and comfortable. I booked my next appointment straight away as this wonderful lady is in high demand, I now understand why!

You 100% won’t regret booking with this clinic.

Lovely experience.
I Tried a 20min face lymphatic drainage massage for the first time, great experience.
Beautiful space and relaxing environment.
Charene was very professional and explained what the treatment was about and made me feel very comfortable.
If like myself you have mobility needs, just be aware that there are a few steps to access the treatment room, but the therapist is very accommodating and up on exit the steps are very minimal.
I look forward to booking again and buying gift cards for my loved ones to have treatments for themselves.

I booked at 4-session manual lymphatic drainage for my swollen lymph nodes as i had read that they can cause flare ups with ones eczema, which was what i was suffering with, the sessions were absolutely amazing and at the end of our time together, i noticed a huge improvement in my skin. Charene is an amazing individual, made me feel so comfortable the whole time, i really enjoyed my session with her, will definitely be booking again soon with her

I had a pregnancy massage at Restore harmony. I have been struggling with backache for long, but the massage left me so relaxed and pain free for days! I can't wait to book another session in 4 weeks time. This was the best thing I did for myself during my pregnancy. Cheryl is kind, lovely, she attentive to details, and I was so relaxed, I fell asleep half way through the massage.
I highly recommend this place!!
