This is a great garden centre on the outskirts of the village, with lots of customer parking, high quality plants and other products and friendly, helpful staff.
At first glance the garden centre doesn’t seem very big, but once inside it has Tardis-like qualities and just seems to get bigger and bigger as you wander around the various sections.
The main entrance takes you into the plants with an option to veer off to the left to Lucy’s Coffee Shop ( well worth a visit) or continue to all manner of garden supplies, seeds, interior and exterior decor, cards and so much more.
The exit is via the farm Shop which is packed with fresh produce and wonderful jams and chutneys etc
They are currently having a bit of a revamp so the freezers have gone; I look forward to seeing how things progress.

What a fantastic find!!!!! A great website to check out for christmas decorations and so easy to navigate with it breaking the options down to certain types of decorations you are looking for! And great priced which is why I have done several purchases in the last 2 weeks. Items are received really quickly too! I will more than likely be checking the site out again to fill my house with even more Xmas things!

I love this place at Christmas!!! OK, so I actually like it all year around, but their Christmas shop is incredible. Great Christmas trees too, real and fake. The real ones were beautiful this year and reasonably priced for such good quality. They have everything you would expect at a garden centre and they have great outdoor furniture and statues and other garden decorations. If it’s garden related they will have it. And I think they give discounts to senior citizens - definitely ask. I don’t get that discount yet, but the shop is filled with treasures you will enjoy for years.

I was looking for some contemporary fencing panels for a garden project. I searched the internet and found the details for Southwood garden center. The range of fencing products was excellent and I found exactly what I was looking for at a very competitive price far lower than other companies were offering. I purchased and the panels were delivered quickly. They are now in place and I am really pleased with the finished look. I have added some landscape fabric to the back and incorporated some artificial greenery to complete the look I wanted.

I purchased an item from Southwood Garden Centre which arrived promptly. Through no fault of their own it was slightly faulty. They straight away offer me a reduction on the cost or replacement. I chose replacement, which was more work for them at a busy time. It arrived the next day, which I was really impressed with. The staff I spoke with were polite, friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to purchase on line with Southwood again in the future.
