Customer service is not great and on numerous occasions we have called and been told they would call back.

Regarding Warranty beware as they will charge you for labour and call out.

We had faulty lights in our hot tub from day one and still not rectified. Last visit the engineer brought the wrong lights and now they are asking us to pay labour charges for him to return.

Really poor follow up particularly from Natalie!!

Second tub from Outdoor Living delivered and installed this morning by a friendly and experienced crew. As a customer of over 14 years I couldn't wish for better service and ongoing care and support than I receive from Paul and his team. Nothing is ever too much trouble and everything is done professionally. You don't want to be messing around cutting corners to save a few quid when it comes to hot tubs and water chemistry so it's important to work with experienced and proactive professionals who make light work of it and provide total peace of mind. Everything about Outdoor Living is first class - if you are serious about your tub and what you put in it, no one does it better than these guys.

Worst customer service ever from the service dept.
Been waiting over a year for replacement parts identified when the last service was carried out. Wrong parts were sent, replacement parts ordered and despite many calls to get a date for replacement, never ever get the promised call back.
The actual service was done really well but the office based service dept are atrocious and frequently lie.

The most useless after sale service I’ve ever come across. Make you wait weeks for a part (that’s broken for the second time). Then hound you for payment, then the day before they are due to fit it, they cancel as they have just realised it’s the wrong one……can anyone recommend a good independent for hot tub service?

Bought a hotub from these guys excellent customer service reasonable prices , delivered and installed on the exact date and time quoted, by a pleasant and helpful crew . Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again ,well worth a visit.

After researching the various hot tub suppliers, thankfully I chose Outdoor Living Hot Tubs.
There customer service is excellent!
I dealt with Ky, who was not only extremely helpful, but responded immediately to any queries or concerns.
There was a minor problem with the hot tub after a few weeks and Ky organised the maintenance team promptly to resolve the issue.
It’s all about customer service!

I’ve dealt with Outdoor Living for close to 25 years, I’ve bought 2 hot tubs, an arctic for and jacuzzi , top notch advice, these guys have full knowledge of products and which is best for your needs, I’ve had great help and advice about chemicals, anything that needs maintenance or repair the after sales service is brilliant , the online store is great to use, a vast array of products, and if you need some advice, pop in and ask your question, great company to deal with !
