Stayed in a sea view family room. The view from the room was beautiful! The hotel is in a perfect location and a short walk from the pier, sea life, shops, etc. I propably would not stay here during the summer months since it got quite hot in the room during daytime when it was sunny and there were no air con. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay and I could consider staying here again.

The location is amazing. Because it is an old building you do get a bit of noise and there is no A/C. But they have a fan, the rooms are big, big ceilings. The shower was great but took ages to change temperature. The staff were nice but seemed a bit overworked or sort of low energy. The gym was really good it had so much equipment. Again no air con but fans. Breakfast was fine.
Bed was comfy.

I went away for 2 nights by myself. The staff were five stars throughout. I have never in my 20 years of travelling been received with so much efficiency, warmth, joy, helpfulness, fast service and professionalism as here. I wish all other accommodation places took a leaf from their book. The staff at Reception were faultless, did everything to accommodate my needs. I felt truly welcome and cared for. The breakfast was delicious, plentiful and varied and my sea view room was an absolute treat, extremely spacious and warm. A big THANK YOU to all, I wish you all the very best, you definitely deserve it!

Stayed here for a few days to celebrate me and my partners 6 year anniversary. Gorgeous location with wonderfully soft beds and spacious rooms, spa was great but sadly didn’t get much of a chance to use it! Maybe next time! staff were extremely attentive and kind and helpful, even when I needed a question answered at 1am. And we did have a hairdryer break while using, the fan shattering and breaking apart inside but it was immediately replaced with a brand new one free of charge! Harley at front desk especially was extremely helpful and they made us feel very welcome and was overall extremely kind!

During our visits to Brighton, we consistently stayed at the Holiday Inn. We opted to stay at Queens Hotel as a change of pace, and it has since become our preferred destination.
Initially, the hotel guarantees an environment that is impeccably spotless. During our five-day stay, I observed the hotel personnel cleaning every corner, including the elevators.
It is possible that the building appears dark due to its age; however, this is a characteristic of any older structure, and it is of no concern.
We occupied the tower room, and I must admit that it is one of the most exceptional accommodations we have encountered within that price range. It boasts an exceptional bath tub, a spacious bathroom, and a breathtaking view.
The location is simply delightful, and all amenities are effortlessly accessible.
And most importantly, the team is simply outstanding. Starting from the receptionist to any other member of the staff, they are exceedingly cordial. They went above and beyond to resolve any inquiries we had. The hotel's crew simply ensured that our stay was as comfortable as at home. I would specially mention about Liz, Harley, Dom. Don't the the name of others, but all of them are just too nice.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Fabulous room and breakfast was lovely. We decided to have dinner in the hotel which they had a great offer on however Zainab who looked after us was awesome!! Very attentive and friendly! We would absolutely stay here again. Reason why not 5 stars was We used the leisure club facilities and pool was quiet cold that we didn't manage to stay in there long.

Had a wonderful stay, staff are friendly and helpful. The pool was fantastic used it every day rooms clean and welcoming. Dom the manager is a true gentleman feel like I made a good friend. Will definitely be back and will recommend the queens to all my friends. He even wore a different suit every day for us. Thank you queens hotel.

A great stay - the hotel is in an ideal location and glad we went for sea view rooms. Both rooms were large, comfortable and clean. A special mention for Harley who is a credit to the hotel - great service from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend staying here.
