mixed feelings with my time at charlottes , everyone there was nice. my hair was very rushed and wasn’t fully dried and when i came home there was still product in my hair after i got it highlighted and was sticky and wet at the back as wasn’t rinsed out properly and dried. the highlights of my hair were okay , not much of difference though , i did get half head highlights and it only looks visible at the front of my hair- more like a few strands highlighted .

Maisie has done my hair 3 times now, and i wouldn’t ever go anywhere else other then charlotte’s academy. Maisie is amazing at what she does, she has made me feel so confident!

I have been a loyal customer for about 2 years now, going in about every 3-4 weeks. I booked in for my wedding prep appointment months ago to ensure I had the day needed and enough time allocated only for it to be cancelled the day before I was due in. I am so incredibly disappointed and it’s not often I end up crying on the phone to a salon/beauticians. Weddings are stressful enough as it is and this was meant to be my beauty prep time, my relaxing time. All I got for it was a ‘sorry for the inconvenience’ really feel like more of an effort could’ve been made considering how much I’ve been screwed over. Safe to say you’ve now lost a regular as I won’t be coming back again. Really upset and disappointed, would not recommend as clearly can’t be relied on.

So as Easter treat after 3 years of no hair cut dyes by a saloon I decided to give Charlotte's academy ago. omg I was not disappointed. so long story short I wanted to dark to blonde first go it took on top but that's it. so Charlotte had a look gave some advice and the hairdressers name I completely forgotten so sorry 😞 but she kept her cool tried again and it worked. my hair is thick it took forever to dry and do foils on she needed extra help the whole process too till 230pm we started just before 9am. those girls earnt every penny! once dying was done she did beautiful hair cut and unlike other hairdressers I've come across didn't just go straighten it boom done nope she asked do want the finish as straight curled wavy ? omg 😲 I've never been asked that it's actually nice because my hair never looks good straight so to have some beautiful waves was amazing. honestly the best experience definitely going back oh and I love the products used they had beautiful smell and its nice to have such a selection of drinks to choose from made it that little bit more special. Thank you Charlotte and the team for best experience ever ❤️

I live in East Cowes and booked an appointment for this morning (Tuesday) for some beauty treatments. Was told the patch test HAD to be 24hrs before and couldn't be the weekend so confirmed by phone I'd go over Monday. Got 2 texts chasing when I'd be over - both times I said lunchtime. I raced over during my lunch break to do the patch test and booked the time off work on the Tuesday only to have the appointment cancelled on the Tuesday morning because they'd patch tested me for hairdye not skin products. Absolute shambles, won't bother rebooking so a £80 booking and potential regular customer lost on that one - I don't live close enough to keep yo-yo-ing backwards and forwards for the correct patch tests.

Great salon ,friendly staff . Had a cut and blow dry Ellie, had grown quickly since last cut . We decided to go shorter and choppy . Loved the new style and came away really happy 😃.Thank you Ellie
