We've just spent a night at your lovely hotel with our friends and had really nice time.

Everyone was friendly the rooms were clean, food in the evening delicious and we were looked after by Greg (Polish chap). Breakfast this morning was fabulous lots of choice.

Great stay, hotel is very close to stroll into town. Could fault the service offered an upgrade and very reasonable price. When they realised it was our anniversary we received 2 x free glass of presecco and dessert at evening meal. Attention to detail was great. Similar to other reviews the rooms could do with an upgrade. Apart from that great stay .

More business travel, this week at Malmaison, great location, tho parking is limited. Welcoming reception and staff. My room was on the second floor, good size, with air-conditioning. The bathroom is very stylish with both bath and shower. Breakfast was lovely, both continental and freshly cooked hot breakfast had plenty of options. The restaurant in the evening, lovely selection of dishes with an offer every night. Tho if you don't fancy eating in, there are many good places to eat in the local area.

Stayed on a very good promotional deal. Our room was large, clean and warm. All the staff we encountered were friendly and very helpfull, especially Mia on reception. The hotel was lovely decorated for the season. Food was, hot, well presented and delicious. Thank you once again La Malmaison, Cheltenham.

The hotel is in a beautiful old villa walking distance from shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel is very well decorated, and very welcoming. Parking was easy and check in very quick. Stayed in a standard double, which was a little smaller than expected, but was clean and modern. Breakfast was ok, but I think next time I would eat elsewhere as it was expensive for what it was. Would definitely stay again as it is a beautiful hotel.

We had a fantastic stay here for birthday celebration. Room was lovely and a special mention to Mia at reception in particular who was lovely and extremely accommodating,|Breakfast was wonderful with lots of stand out items, and location in Montpellier was great. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent for a visit to Cheltenham. The actual room was a good size but the bathroom was tiny, there was no where to put anything and felt like camping when you can't put stuff down anywhere for fear of getting it wet. The bed was huge but the base sheet didn't fit the mattress, it kept coming off so the night was spent wrestling with it. We mentioned it after the first night and they said they would sort it but it was no better on our second night. On the plus side we didn't see one single dog in the hotel, that was a real bonus.

Handy city centre hotel, really helpful friendly staff but car parking on hotel site is a nightmare. ||Bedroom: on the small side but clean. Comfy bed. Quiet. |Bathroom: small but great shower|Food: breakfast was fabulous. Deffo recommend the Eggs Royale. Evening menu had great choice too.|Car park: underground spaces are horrendous, very tight space and very low ceiling and extraction fans are smelly. Only about 10 spaces above ground. On road parking is available. |Other: close to city centre so great for exploring.
