The best afternoon tea that I have ever had, and I have had quite a few, it was truly outstanding. The croissant with salmon, the scones, and an assortment of sweet treats were truly out of this world. The interpretation of coffee and walnut cake was sumptuous, and this was just one of the many delights that we had. I am still in awe, the new pastry chef Gilles really pulled out all the stops. One of us needed the gluten free option and that too was as good (which is very rare, to be honest). I feel so happy, I highly recommend Burleigh Court, what a sensational experience.

This was our second visit, so we knew to expect a warm welcome and five star service. We came with our dog, Louis, who everyone made a huge fuss of, and who got his own sausage for breakfast. We had a complimentary upgrade to a stunning garden room, complete with bed, towel, bowls and treats for Louis. The food over our two night stay was delicious and everyone was so friendly. Such a gorgeous place to stay - a real treat. We really can’t fault it and will be back again soon hopefully.

We stayed at Burleigh for 3 nights earlier this week and it provided a great opportunity to explore a good stretch of the Cotswolds whilst also enjoying the superb service and friendliness of the team. The room we had was a good size and very comfortable though the heating could have been turned on bit earlier in the day. The meals were lovely and the dining room setting was very atmospheric. Perfect.

Wonderful recent stay in one of their 'Top-notch' rooms in the main house, which was well worth the extra price. Staff were friendly, professional and accommodating, they suggested some beautiful walks and solved issues without delay. The Room (and hotel in general) was clean and very comfortable. Wonderful old-style building and grounds. The restaurant was also lovely - the dinner credit we received made what would have been an expensive menu very affordable. Recommended and will likely be back!

We got married at Burleigh Court in November. We chose the elopement package as it was just the two of us. We had a magical stay from beginning to end. The staff are fabulous and made us so welcome. The hotel is more like a manor house and has the personal touch. We loved the decor throughout. The log fires and cosy lounge and bar were fab. The restaurant and food was top class, fabulous breakfast every morning. Great location to explore local areas. Tetbury is worth a visit. The hotel itself is a stunning for wedding photos and even in November the grounds were stunning. We will be back!

The garden setting for this hotel was beautiful, as was the outlook over the valley. Our room was on the second floor, so a bit of a climb, but it was huge with big windows overlooking the garden. The bathroom was on the small side but well appointed. The lighting over the dressing table was inadequate so make up had to be done in the bathroom.|Breakfast was excellent, with very friendly service, and the scones we had with tea while waiting for our room were the best I've ever eaten. We had dinner in the restaurant only once, and it was good but not spectacular. The waiter failed to ask us if we wanted sides, and the mains were served without them, which was disappointing, |I'd stay there again for the ambience of the place, and spend more time just relaxing in the grounds and lounge areas.

We had a fantastic stay at Burleigh Court, the hotel was brilliant and the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The bedrooms were cosy, warm and clean. The living room was a nice addition, lovely roaring fires and a well stocked bar. A special mention to Owana, her service at breakfast was outstanding - the hotel are lucky to have her! If we could have given the breakfast 10 stars we would have, the food was perfect! We will definitely stay again. Thank you!

We’ve just returned from a one night stay for my partners birthday. The hotel is beautiful and cosy with a welcoming log fire in the reception, large lounge area and fantastic restaurant. The food is incredible - we had the best Chateubriand we’ve ever had, which was cooked to perfection. All of the staff were equally amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and they were all very friendly people. We can’t wait to return.
