What a stunning little cafe. My wife and I only spotted this a couple of days ago and thought we should check it out. It's a small local business that offers incredible food at a great price. I had the Irish breakfast, and my wife had the Polish sausage special. Both were stunning. They were beautifully presented and tasted incredible. The beans were homemade, not your generic baked beans from a tin but made with mixed beans and chopped tomatoes and their own sauce. It added a uniqueness to the breakfast that we have not experienced before. It was a joy to be there. The team was super upbeat and happy and was genuinely friendly towards their customers.

Phenomenal experience!! Had the intention of only going for a coffee before the ferry to Southampton, but saw how good the food looked and couldn't resist. Incredible portion size with home made and artistic plating Perfect poached egg 🥚 which is always a plus. Fantastic coffee environment, staff service and all round experience. Only downside is that its so far from home as its the best breakfast I've ever had

Called in after a long drive to the Island, very close to the Ferry Terminal, plenty of parking outside and a lovely welcome as we stepped inside, very dog friendly, staff made a fuss of our Bern, various breakfast options that tickled my taste buds, but settled for the Irish and Artisan breakfasts, along with a pot of tea and a latte, which I must add was a delight after such a long drive, cooked to perfection, certainly pop in again when we are next travelling to the area.

Lovely little cafe that we FINALLY had the chance to try after meaning to for so long, but my goodness was it worth the wait. Amazing food, great coffee and even better staff!! Would highly recommend this brilliantly unique cafe for the best coffee and food!!! Will definitely be back soon 🙂

What a wonderful bar/grill. The cocktails were stunning, great staff, even better atmosphere. Really reasonable prices. Genuinely surprised by how delicious the roast dinner was. I would go as far to say one of the best Sunday roasts on the Isle of Wight. Couldn’t recommend this place more highly. Thank you Artisan

If you're looking for a coffee and a piece of cake in East Cowes, it can be frustrating, as there aren't many places, and those that there are can be closed when you need them. So thank goodness for the Artisan Cafe! Just a little way out of the town centre, it's a friendly place with outdoor seating, serving food coffee, and home made cakes. Nice service from friendly, tattooed staff. Try it.
