Absolutely loved our quick stop in here this morning. Only quick because we had a stretch of the coastal path to achieve: we’d have loved to have stayed for ages! The atmosphere was great this morning: very chill vibes as we popped in to grab some takeaway coffees. We were served promptly with delicious Lavazza coffee. Our barista popped our order on each lid so we knew what to give to each person. The tables were so interesting with ticket stubs and pictures and coffee beans! They had a big collection of vinyl for sale which were sorted by decade - my father would be in heaven. Thank you so much for an excellent start to the day.

Sounds and Grounds is the most amazing shop. Great service and very friendly staff.
The selection of music for sale is fantastic, something for every taste. Very reasonable prices and some real gems to pick out. I will definitely be back again soon. You have an a superb shop. Thank you for the friendly service.

Wow, what a find.
Slightly bizzarre in that it a fantastic record and coffeeshop. Could have spent hours there but had a ferry to catch.
Very friendly and engaging owners who put loads of info on the albums giving age, condition etc
Definitely worth a visit.

This magical place is great, special collectible vinyl records to view and purchase, whilst you sit comfortably having a coffee and a nibble, whilst feeling like your actually AT HOME! Great front of house service. A ONE OFF ❤️

My new favourite cafe in Cowes. Visited this week with my cousin and what a friendly and vibrant place with good drinks great music and loads of vinyl to browse and buy and just reminisce over. Great chat with owners and visitors alike. Loved it
