Regularly stay here for work, its a small run family business in a nice quiet village, good transport links into London and a short drive to the M25. Rooms are always spotless and facilities are just what you need. Barry and Eileen who run it are friendly and helpful. The price of the rooms are cheaper than anywhere in the area, it fits all my need perfectly and would recommend it to anyone.

I have been working in London for the past 6 months and needed a place to stay. The Croft seemed ideal due to its low price and relatively close location to London. The rooms were clean and a shower and TV is provided. The couple running the place were more than willing to help and for the price for the services provided are ideal.

Lovely rooms and a friendly couple running it-would definitely return. Really good location-very quiet but handy to get into London too (we chose the train from west horndon down the road but its on an A road too ) Bulphan is a gorgeous village, well worth a look.

We absolutely loved it. We had to find a place in between gigs and towns and needed some where close and not too far from the next gig to rest our heads and there it was, clean, nice bed, affordable and great breakfast. Would stay there again.

Great place to stay. Close to A127, A13, commutable to downtown London if required.
Free parking, ensuite shower. Community kitchen available.

we had a 4 night stay at the croft. super beds, but i was very dissappointed with the fact, there was no breadfast. if i had been told when phoning for the reservation, i most probably would have booked something different, something WITH breakfast. i dont this the croft should be called a b and b, as there is no breakfast for the guests.
