What a wonderful long weekend we have had staying at 24 Ward Avenue. |We booked the Badger Garden Room and were truly delighted with our accommodation. |Our room was hidden in the tranquil garden and totally private. We loved the fairy lights in the garden and spent several evenings sitting out on the veranda just enjoying the peace and quiet. We loved the fact that we were able to get straight out into the park from the bottom of the garden through what felt like a little secret exit, so magical.|Really comfortable room. The shower was large with plenty of hot water and we were provided with everything we needed. |There is no fridge inside the cabin but we loved the extra touch of the electric cool box outside, this meant we were able to keep some fizz and other bits and pieces nice and chilled for when we wanted them. |We were delivered a full English breakfast to our veranda every morning which was a great way to start our day. |Jonathan and Melissa are excellent hosts and we will definitely be visiting again. |Highly recommend this property.

Had an absolutely perfect stay here for a cycling weekend with friends. The hosts were so kind and thoughtful. Melissa even came out to take photos as we left & returned from our ride.

One of the best BnB I've had the privilege of staying at and only a 5 min walk from town centre which is brilliant. Even got to see my first red squirrel close up whilst enjoying a lovely full English breakfast😋 Thank you, Melisa and Johnathon.

Everything about Melissa and Jonathan’s B&B is perfect. It’s a tranquil haven in a beautiful setting within easy walking distance of Northwood House, the centre of Cowes and Gurnard. Plus the breakfasts are lovely and if you’re lucky you’ll see a red squirrel from the decking of one of the cabins too. Have now stayed here three times and hope to again.

Stayed here for one night, was shown to a room in the main house with a lovely big bed! All the amenities one could need. A spacious private en-suite across the way. |Breakfast was full English made to order and was lovely.|Hosts were great and showed us the shortcut through their garden into park and the town. |Would stay again!

Had a wonderful stay and received exceptional service. We were just about to board the ferry on our way home, and realised we had left our tickets at the B & B. We called up the owners and Jonathan very kindly drove down to the ferry port in a matter of minutes and saved the day. We can't thank you enough, as we would have been in a right pickle otherwise!!! We will be back the next time we are in the Isle of Wight. No question! Very, very happy 😊 x

This was a stay I'll remember forever. Jonathan and Melissa are warm, delightful hosts, and made the experience fun as well. Their yard is a beautiful garden, with a path leading to the chalets. I stayed in the main house and was very happy to be there - the chalets look awesome, too. |The breakfast was fantastic - just what I needed for a long day of walking. Melissa even helped with a footwear recommendation that turned out to be perfect!|The location is excellent - a short walk into Cowes for shopping and dining, as well as enjoying being near the water.|I returned at the end of the week, and was so glad to be back - it was like going home. I hope to return at some time - it was great!

What a wonderful find! Melissa and Jonathan are great hosts. Our accommodation was very clean, well appointed and the bed was so comfortable. Having cotton bed linen is always very much appreciated. The breakfast was lovely. It was such a peaceful setting. It really did tick all the boxes. We've booked again for September and are really looking forward to seeing Melissa, Jonathan and their two adorable dogs!
