What a fabulous find on the Isle of Wight, fantastic Restaurant, last night I had the King Prawn and crab in a Thai red curry with fettuccine, utterly sublime. I’m staying in room 3 and it’s nice and roomy, huge comfortable bed and large bathroom, lovely character to the room. And the price of the rooms per night is really good. Best of all the people are brilliant, friendly, ultra professional and so helpful. I will be back with here again.

Well decorated room, mine was largish - bigger than most hotel rooms, Quality furniture and furnishings and bathroom. Quiet at night. No fuss check in and check out. Didn’t eat at the restaurant this visit but have done previously and it’s excellent. Coffee at breakfast was superb! I’ve stayed in most of the Newport hotels and this I think has been the best and certainly best value for money.

Rome was clean and comfortable, staff very friendly and welcoming. Great communication from venue. Ideal location for what our trip was planned for. Breakfast was filling (toast, cereals, pastries, coffee free etc). Would definitely stay there again! Thanks so much.

We had a 10 year celebration at the restaurant. Grace and Kate went out of their way to ensure we had first class service. They even moved us to a quiet room with good acoustics and a calm, quiet ambience. The food was stunning. Of highest quality and with good sized portions. We were a small party of four - and each one of us were full of praise for the way the evening panned out. Compliments to the staff and the chef.

Lovely hotel. Big room, quality furniture, furnishings and bathroom. Quiet. Comfy bed. No hassle check in and check out. Great coffee at breakfast. I’ve stayed in a few hotels in Newport and this is probably the best so far.

Brilliant stay. Highly recommend. Room was lovely, very clean. Great size and had all u needed including tea, coffee, water etc

This was a very convenient place to stay in Newport. My room was clean and tidy and nicely appointed. Breakfast was good - toast, cereal, croissants. Be aware that it's not a hotel, you get keys to the restaurant front door and let yourself in and out (outside of restaurant hours).
